During installation I realized that I had never discussed a sink tap and the installation person installed one for me without question. The water tastes wonderful and I no longer have lime deposits on the sinks, faucets, washing machine etc.

The whole system is fantastic.  We can also have them deliver and add the water pellets.  The drinking water is the best we have ever tasted. We shopped around and had a lot of fancy higher priced estimates but would recommend this to all.  The installer was also informative and a super friendly person.........5 stars to all

We are on a well and the water looked very nasty.  I was very impressed with the service and yah system works great.

Came on time. Moved all the equipment (basement install). One hour to install. 30 minutes to fill with salt. 20 minutes for cleanup and system review.

Went well. Techician arrived as prearranged and installed the water softener then explained operation to me. The water softener works great, uses less salt than other systems I have had. No complaints. Would highly recommend. Costs a little more but the quality and service are worth it..

They were very easy to schedule with and they had no problem scheduling on a Thursday when my wife would be home. The quality of the water is fantastic, it is very soft.

I like them a lot. This was the second time we used their services. The quality is great our previous water softener we had for 20 years before we sold our house. I have been impressed with their professionalism and service. They are always easy to get a hold of and to schedule and appointment with. I like that they do their own installations and do not sub contract the work out.

It turned out good. The quality of the water is great. The water is actually cleaning up the appliances that were damaged from the water prior to the system being installed. The drinking water tastes better as well. The salesman worked with our schedule when we had an unexpected issue come up and did his best to get the system installed as quickly as possible.

We converted from well to city water earlier in the day of replacing our water softener.  We got used to soft water and decided to replace our system. Aqua Systems had a deal on a water softener plus reverse osmosis which we purchased.  
Our installer was Steve. He called prior to coming out and was on time.  He described what all he was going to do.  The city water hookup required drilling a two foot wide hole in our garage where the water softener would be installed.  The cement to fill the hole was still curing, so Steve decided to install the reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink first.
After the reverse osmosis system was installed, Steve helped us decide the placement of the water softener and the salt tank. We decided the best placement for the water softener tank would be on the fresh cement from the city water hookup.  This was on a Friday. Steve volunteered to come back the next day after his son's baseball game and install the water softener.  He lived fairly close to us but still this was on his day off. Steve was exceptionally professional. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the nuances of both the reverse osmosis and the water softener plus the nuances of converting from well to city water. Plus he was friendly and interesting to talk with.
Because he came back on his day off to work for another hour or so, I will submit a POH for Aqua Systems.  Aqua Systems has been a great company to work with. They also have a drive thru lane for buying salt or bottled water, so you don't have to get out of your car.  They load them for you.  I have worked with another company for my previous water softener and had tons of problems with their system and sand from the well.  Aqua Systems resolved that with filters and one of their water softeners.  They are a magnficent company for water treatment issues.

Aqua Systems responded as per their newspaper ad, did a nice job of performing the expected work,  and provided good instructions on the use of the systems.  We are very happy with both the installation and the equipment.

We purchased the home recently and it came with a reverse osmosis drinking water system  that also goes to the icemaker in the frig.(house is on a well).  There was no documentation on the system and when it started to act up - we researched replacement filters for it and found that parts for this system were  no longer made and we couldn't find any place that had them available.



I was familiar with AquaSystems from their bottled water service at my former employer and when I looked up reverse osmosis systems on Angies' list and their name came up - I felt comfortable they would offer a good product.



The system has a good warranty and they will  replace filters each year.



 I think the price is acceptable considering we no longer have to buy bottled water.  We also had an issue with the well water during our home inspection (it was easily corrected and common with wells), so the peace of mind that our drinking water is safe is worth the money.

service person looked at softener briefly and left promising to call back with prices of components.  Called a week later with prices on two possible components and new softener, he did not know which part was bad but said we could change the timing so the softener regenerated on a time as opposed to volume cycle and would have a tech call with the procedure.  Tech called 3 days later and walked us through the procedure.

Our water cooler doesn’t need to be serviced for years.  Ever since we’ve lived in this area, we’ve done business with them.  They’re just a great company to work with.  They care about their customers.  The workers are always very pleasant with the customer and they always have a smile on their face.  We will absolutely use them again in the future.
