When we started our company back in 1959, a home visit by an Aqua Systems sales representative was the most convenient way to discover the attributes of our products.

VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL ON THE PHONE, CALLED IN THE MORNING TO LET MEMBER KNOW WHEN THEY'D BE THERE. INSTALLATION WAS PROBLEM FREE AND THE TECH EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THEY TOLD MEMBER TO CALL THEM INSTEAD OF LOOKING ANYTHING UP IN THE MANUAL.

NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THE SCHEDULING (DELIVERY) IS ERRATIC. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY WANT TO, VERY HARD TO SCHEDULE A TIME AND DAY THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR BOTH PARTIES. I FEEL THEY HAVE BEEV DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH SINCE THE MERGE.
