Lockwood's is a family owned business, and Randy Lockwood is a certified auto technician with a degree from Vincennes University. I am a teacher in the Hamilton Heights School Corportation and many of the teachers in this district trust their cars to Lockwood's. The service is outstanding. If needed they will pick up my car at school while I am working,service it and return it before school is out. This is convenience! They also have a complimentary service of vaccuming the carpet and cleaning the windows inside and out.
Lockwood's is an honest business. I know they will not charge me for services that are not necessary and their fees are extremely reasonable. Everything on my 2004 Honda Accord works! Their tune-ups keep my car problem free and running smoothly. When I call for service I am scheduled promptly and they are ready for my car when I arrive.
They also service and maintain our Sea Ray IO. They drive it to and from the storage place where we keep it every season and launch it at the Morse Lake Marina and deliver it to our home which includes placing it on the lift and covering it. It is clean when we get it in the spring as they powerwash the bottom and clean the interior before they deliver it to storage.
I don't know what we would do without Lockwood's for our vehicles and our boat. All employees are personable, helpful and provide service with a sense of humor. I highly recommend Lockwood's for honest and high quality service.

It was excellent. They did very good work. They give same-day service. We were able to set up an appointment quickly. They are very reasonably priced and thorough. They are also very honest. It's a family-owned operation. They are very professional. They even picked up our boat out of storage, launched it out of the marina, drove it down, gave it complete service, and tuned up the engine. They are just excellent. Our boat has never had any kind of problem, and it's a 2004 boat. He doesn't sell boats, but he works on the engine.
