My husband and I are expecting, we had weird purple spots show up on our wall in our bedroom. Dulce Casas was amazing. They came in and took the time to look at the problem. They confirmed that it was probably paint coming through the paint the previous owners put up. They provided a solution to give us peace of mind, and guaranteed that it was not a mold problem. From setting up the appointment to the tech coming out was an amazing experience, everyone was friendly and took the time to make sure my concerns were handled.

Servicemaster of Lincoln Park never showed and Andrew of 360 Hazard went out of way on a holiday weekend to help clean smoke damage before new tenants moved in. Guys he sent worked their butts off to finish same day. They really saved the day.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised when the inspector showed up because it was Dulce Casas and she was absolutely amazing. As a woman, it was so fricken cool to have a woman to the inspection and give recommendations. She was always timely in her responses and even helped us find someone to do the repairs we need now that the mold is gone. Absolutely highly recommend this business and will be using them any time necessary in the future.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Andrew took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the project prior to performing the work I requested. The technicians who did the work were professional, efficient and conscientious.
