Eric arrived exactly on time, went right to work rodding out my kitchen sink drain, cleaned up afterward and that was that. Sink drain works perfectly.

I contacted this company for a quote on June 13 and possible repair to the shower and tub in my fathers home. I believe I spoke with Forest, the gentleman told me the repair should be simple. He asked me if I had recently had a hot water tank installed, which we did and he said it would cost $150 as it was probably just a clogged faucet. Someone would come in the morning at 9:00 am. The service man called to tell me it could be closer to 10:00 am. The serviceman that called was polite, I thought nothing of the time difference. The next morning at 9:55 am, the service man called to tell me he needed to cut into the wall behind the tub and repair the tub. He would be an eight hour job but he thinks the problem is the old pipes. The repair would cost $1,200. I was shocked so I got a second opinion. The repair cost $225 and was simply a clogged faucet, like the first gentleman indicated. I'm disappointed that the service man would try to overcharge my father and I. I had told him my father was ill and that was my mistake apparently. The company still charged us $150 which is expensive since they did not fix anything. On June 19th, I received a call from Water Works as they said the credit card declined for the transaction. I clarified to them that they had the right credit card number but also what amount we were being charged. I would not recommend this company despite the positive reviews they received as I feel they may be overcharging companies.

It was easy to disassemble and reassemble the faucet on the kitchen sink. They knew the aerator was clogged and should be cleaned without looking. They gave me a junior plumber award for fix-it-yourself skills.

Were on time and cleaned up afterwards. We benefited from their online coupon of $25.00.

My line was located and new line installed. Work was done quickly and steps were explained, especially those involving city license and inspeciton. Work was completed immediately after city inspection was completed. Minimal disturbance to lawn and plants du ring the process. The price was fair; the work and the way it was executed was excellent. I am extremely pleased!!!

Water Works restored my faith in plumbing companies. They arrived on time and ready to work with a fully stocked truck. They quickly assessed my problem and gave me a fair price based on the work to be done. I was truly impressed with their attention to detail and committment to not consider the job done until it was done RIGHT. I was given an estimate before work began. The men are professional, polite, did a good job, and cleaned up afterward.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Water Works Plumbing & Sewers, Inc. I called them and they came out immediately. They fixed both of my toilets very efficiently and expediently. I was amazed that they completed the job so quickly. They showed me how to drain my hot water heater and didn't even charge me for the hose or the time it took to instruct me. I just called them again on another matter. Forrest Tucker, the owner, gave me suggestions to try over the phone just in case the problem could be easily resolved and I would not have to spend a lot of extra money. He and his staff are extremely personable, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and really care about their customers. I was very impressed, so much so, that as Treasurer of our condominium association, I am going to recommend them for all of our jobs. They were absolutely terrific!

This was a three-day job. Crew was punctual every day and did a good job including cleanup afterward.

It's not much fun to have water drip from a ceiling light fixture almost into your pancake batter on a Sunday morning. We called Worth Plumbing from our south side Chicago home, and two hours later they had arrived; found and fixed the problem; and left. Fred was very professional in his approach to finding the leak.

I had dealt with a clogged bathtub drain myself several days earlier with chemicals that seemed to do the job. About 4 days later, noticed water coming through the basement celing below. Mike came out within 1 1/2 hours after I called. Mike determined there was a crack in one of the pipes. He suggested we replace the whole drain and overflow, because it wasn't working properly, anyway. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Have used this company several times in the past, always with a good result.

They did what they were suppose to do and we were satisfied.

The company was quick to repsond and offered me 2 different time frames in which they would be out. The plumber Eric was able to quickly locate the source of the leak and fix the problem. ( I had been unable to duplictate the leak since the first time it happened.) While on site he was also kind enough to do a quick leak check on a toilet and explain the options I had for fixing a faucet. Based on the quick response time alone I would use them again.

Rapid response - came within 20 minutes - I did not ask for rush service. Did a thorough job. Could have been a bit more tidy.

Plumber arrived within 1/2 hour of my call - even though it wasn't for an emergency! Wow! In the bath, I have a hand-held shower hose which leaked at the wall attachment whenever the shower head was used. The plumber showed me in 10 minutes that a washer was improperly set, and I was able to tighten it with a pipe wrench. The plumber also suggested replacing the leaking kitchen faucet - something I will attempt to install myself (but will probably have to call Water Works again to fix my mistakes). All in all, it took less than 15 min, and cost me nothing except my own elbow grease (unless I call Water Works back to replace the kitchen faucet). The plumber. Mike, was courteous and professional, and extremely prompt. I am quite satisfied with the experience.

The experience with with Water Works Plumbing has been very good. We have already recommended them to 3 other people. They have been very reliable. After we had already been using them we had a heavy rain and the water backed up in the basement. The owner came out at the end of a long day just to help us out.

Highly Recommended Family Business. Mr. Tucker correctly deduced the source of my low water pressure. He and his team worked hard, were careful, instilled a sense of trust, and cleaned up after they left. They all seemed determined to make sure I was happy with the work they?d done. I definitely was, and I?d easily hire them again.

I had all the parts ready for them. He was very informative, and I thought the price was a little high. I have not had any problems. He cleaned up after himself, and made sure that everything was working correctly. Forest, the owner, told me if I have any problems to call him. I was disappointed they did not have a senior discount.
