Forrest was very prompt - came a couple of hours after I called. It's a very tight, shallow crawlspace. After looking at the situation from the access door in the floor, he estimated that the repair might cost around $1200.00. However, after crawling back further under the house, he did the necessary repairs to stop the leak. The repair was done  fairly quickly. It was a very pleasant surprise when he told me he would be charging $525.00 rather than $1200.00. I'd say it was a good experience, I was glad I called him, and I will have him do any future plumbing work for us (and I'm sure there will be some). I guess we have a new plumber.

Dave replaced the sump pump in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.  This is my third time using this company, I will continue to utilize them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Father and son came out same day and examined the plumbing. They immediately diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes they had resolved the problem to my satisfaction. They were very professional and explained everything perfectly. I would use them again.

Forrest did a great job helping me with a clogged drum trap for my bathtub. Even before he arrived, he explained to me on the phone what was likely to be the problem and solution. I had just bought this condo a couple months ago and never had a drum trap on a tub before. To be honest, I didn't know anything about drum traps or P-traps or any of that, but he explained it all simply, and told me how the cap to the drum trap should fit on top watertight. Mine wasn't, so when it got clogged, water started backing up onto the bathroom floor. He cleared the clog right away, brought a couple different sizes of caps for the trap, and installed a new one with no problems. He was in and out of here in less than 30 minutes, and the price was much lower than I feared for the whole thing, given what I know about the prices for plumbers in general.

I had water seeping through the basement floor (as well as a clogged floor drain) of my home which caused some flooding. I contacted Water Works after having trouble getting other plumbers to come out for emergency service. Fred (plumber) arrived on time and assessed the situation while taking the time to explain what needed to be done.

Christmas Eve, no water anywhere in the house.  Clearly a frozen pipe situation.  Found Water Works here on Angie's List after our regular plumber was swamped with other calls and couldn't make it out today. Called at 10:45; Forrest came out himself rather than pull any of his employees away from family on the holiday, and had the whole problem solved by 12:30.

Starting where the water comes into the house, he checked the meter, worked his way along the pipe, behind ceiling tiles etc., until he located a spot where the pipe is running along an exterior wall and crosses very near to a ceiling heater/fan exhaust line which is letting cold air in from outside.  There's our freeze.  Turned on the heater, plugged the outside exhaust port with a rag to stop the cold air coming in, and had the pipe thawing in no time.

Fast, professional, explained everything throughout the process, and no holiday upcharge.  Absolutely will hire again.

they had to come out twice.  They cleaned basement sewer then after 2 weeks it was same.  so they cleaned more and finally the backup was good.

We were pleased with it. It was worth the value. It was a holiday weekend and it was unexpected on a Friday night. They had a couple of numbers listed. I tried one and left a message. I wasn't sure if I was getting an office that was closed or I was getting the 24-hour number. I made a couple of calls and apparently, there were different locations. I had one call me back and he put in place a call to somebody close to my residency. What happened later was that the other call I made and left a message, he called me back later around the evening. Apparently, the communication between all the locations just wasn't there. I was appreciative that this gentleman came out and he was very nice. What else was very nice was he quoted me $250 on the phone and he didn't charge me anymore. I thought $250 was just to come out and might add time to it but it was $250 flat. I had troubleshooted prior to calling him. He was here 15 minutes after I called him.

I contacted this company for a quote on June 13 and possible repair to the shower and tub in my fathers home.  I believe I spoke with Forest, the gentleman told me the repair should be simple.  He asked me if I had recently had a hot water tank installed, which we did and he said it would cost $150 as it was probably just a clogged faucet.  Someone would come in the morning at 9:00 am.  The service man called to tell me it could be closer to 10:00 am.  The serviceman that called was polite, I thought nothing of the time difference.  The next morning at 9:55 am, the service man called to tell me he needed to cut into the wall behind the tub and repair the tub.  He would be an eight hour job but he thinks the problem is the old pipes.  The repair would cost $1,200.  I was shocked so I got a second opinion.  The repair cost $225 and was simply a clogged faucet, like the first gentleman indicated.  I'm disappointed that the service man would try to overcharge my father and I.  I had told him my father was ill and that was my mistake apparently.  The company still charged us $150 which is expensive since they did not fix anything.  On June 19th,  I received a call from Water Works as they said the credit card declined for the transaction.  I clarified to them that they had the right credit card number but also what amount we were being charged.  I would not recommend this company despite the positive reviews they received as I feel they may be overcharging companies.

It was easy to disassemble and reassemble the faucet on the kitchen sink. They knew the aerator was clogged and should be cleaned without looking.  They gave me a junior plumber award for fix-it-yourself skills.

Were on time and cleaned up afterwards. We benefited from their online coupon of $25.00.

My line was located and new line installed. Work was done quickly and steps were explained, especially those involving city license and inspeciton. Work was completed immediately after city inspection was completed. Minimal disturbance to lawn and plants du

Water Works restored my faith in plumbing companies.  They arrived on time and ready to work with a fully stocked truck.  They quickly assessed my problem and gave me a fair price based on the work to be done.  I was truly impressed with their attention to detail and committment to not consider the job done until it was done RIGHT.     
I would not hesitate to use Water Works again or to recommend the company to family and friends.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Water Works Plumbing & Sewers, Inc. I called them and they came out immediately. They fixed both of my toilets very efficiently and expediently. I was amazed that they completed the job so quickly. They showed me how to drain my hot water heater and didn't even charge me for the hose or the time it took to instruct me. I just called them again on another matter. Forrest Tucker, the owner, gave me suggestions to try over the phone just in case the problem could be easily resolved and I would not have to spend a lot of extra money. He and his staff are extremely personable, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and really care about their customers. I was very impressed, so much so, that as Treasurer of our condominium association, I am going to recommend them for all of our jobs. They were absolutely terrific!

This was a three-day job. Crew was punctual every day and did a good job including cleanup afterward.

It's not much fun to have water drip from a ceiling light fixture almost into your pancake batter on a Sunday morning. We called Worth Plumbing from our south side Chicago home, and two hours later they had arrived; found and fixed the problem; and left. Fred was very professional in his approach to finding the leak.
