This is the first time in my life I had to hire a snow removal service. I am 70 yrs old but a shoulder replacement has me temporarily side-lined! Gabriel provided the estimate and was very thorough in explaining the different pricing for various snow accumulations and also how those amounts "add up" if there are multiple clearings necessary with very large snow accumulations. Naturally, the first event this year was a record setting storm. The first clearing was prompt with a 4am clearing of at least 6" of snow, great if necessary to leave for work! The 2nd clearing was done @ approximately 6pm after another 6" accumulation. It appeared to me that they did what was necessary to keep a record setting snow event removal cost to a minimum and still provide good service to a customer. I am well pleased!

The work was well done and the finished product looks great. We will enjoy our new patio. The only thing that was missing from the initial estimate was the landscaping upon completion of the project. An estimate of seed/sod for the area around the patio should have been included in that initial estimate of paver bricks and labor.

Gabriel Mendez was very accommodating and provided samples of pavers and garden wall blocks. His crew was diligent and followed up on our hit list of changes and fixes. The village inspector also commented that the crew did a nice job.

Gabriel was very prompt and returned our call the same day. We set up an appointment for an estimate. He was a little late but his office called and let us know that he was being delayed. The work was done within a week of our agreement. The workers were diligent, polite and neat. Gabriel reviwed the work after completion to make sure we were sastified. The whole process was ver professional. We will hire him again in the future.

The owner worked with me to schedule a date for his crew to come to my house to reseed my lawn. They were supposed to arrive in the morning but did not get to my house until after 5:00pm. They rushed to de-thatch my lawn, put down some new dirt, seed, and put down some straw by 7:30pm or so. The grass did not grow on the larger bare spots I have and came in very thin on other areas. SInce the lawn was watered regularly for three weeks, my guess is that old grass seed was used. I am in the process of reseeding the lawn myself.

We had delays due to the weather but when they were able to come and do our work they did a fantastic job. Initially we received a call the same day as we logged on to Home Advisor and Gabriel came out same day which happened to be a Sunday to give us a free estimate for our job. We had to contact them once to make sure they were not coming due to weather.

Very prompt response to my inquiry. Good price for the job at hand. Hired for snow plowing. Family owned and run business which I like. I like that I can use them for other landscaping projects as well as snow removal so I don't have to shop around come spring.

I would recommend this landscaper. They called back immediately, came out the next day to do an estimate, and completed the work within five days. Quality was good and customer service was excellent.

They are very reliable and professional. My yard look wonderful.
