+ -1 moreProvider cleaned gutters and also trimmed some tree branches that were hangin over the roof at no additional charge. Provide and crew were professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with ClearChoice Services and will definitely use them again in the future. We called late in the season to have our gutters cleaned. They were upfront and honest about the possibility that they might not be able to get to us this season due to the uncooperative weather, as well as an already lengthy waiting list. I asked that they add us to their list just in case there was a break in the weather. Approximately 4 weeks later, we arrived home that day to find the job completed and an invoice in the door. Upon inspection of the gutters we had access to, we discovered a job well done, as well as a couple of repairs that had been made and documented. We are pleased with the work, the price was in the range we were looking to pay, and the customer service was very very good...they set a very real expectation from the get-go, and then exceeded it. This is what I call a win-win!

gutter cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreExcellent, the front of the house has vinyl siding and gets little sun as it faces north. Consequently it had mildew/mold along with algae growing on it, the trim, and shutters. After the soft wash it looked brand new, I was very surprised, and pleased of how clean it was. Steve was professional and courteous. I even hired them on the spot to do the fall and spring gutter cleaning, highly recommend Clearchoice.
Description of Work: Cleaned all gutters, soft washed front of our house and large shed in backyard.

gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreCommunicated with me/us after the job was completed. We have requested another bid for other services Steve performs and look forward to receiving it soon. One of us just so happened to be at home when Steve arrived for the estimate to clean the exterior windows, etc and he was VERY courteous and professional. We definitely were impressed and given the right set of circumstances in the future, we will engage Steve' company.
Description of Work: Engaged Steve' services after researching Angie' list for various gutter cleaning service companies. The task was very extensive as we had not only poor representation with prior contractors, but also boarderlined on not being honest in certain business services. Example, telling us verbally they were insured when in reality they were not and so on and so forth. We wanted this time to ascertain the accuracy of insurance protection to be sure that if an accident happened on our property, that the provider did indeed have workers compensation insurance to turn to for lost wages and medical bills, etc and not consider suing us because of their own negligence. These days all of us have to be extra careful and perform due diligence. Steve' estimate by far, wasn't the lowest nor the highest, but obviously right in the middle. He was very professional, appeared honest and looked at me in the eye when we conversed. Received and verified insurance protection. Made perfectly clear the definition of work to be performed and he did all that. In fact, above and beyond. Why? He communicated with us both verbally and email as to what he did. On the day of he performed the service, i asked a trusted neighbor to watch out for security reasons and even the neighbor commented how professional he/they looked while performing the job.
