First appointment the tech. arrived on time but forgot his tools. He was very apologetic about it.  He said he would come back later in the day, but never showed up or called.  I called them and made another appointment a few days later.  Two tech arrived and they got to work.  They used their simple tool to get out some of the clog, but my concern was the brush wasn't long enough for my vent system.  They did pull out "some" lint but I expected a lot more.  I'm no expert with this matter so not sure if  my system just works great and lint doesn't stay trapped.  I just expected their tools to be more lengthy to really get into.  They did come inside and clean what they could in and around the dryer.  
They provided good service and I suppose for the price it's decent.  Next time I'm going to make sure the company I use has a very long tool otherwise I will not do dryer vent service.

The guy came on time, inspected our house and provided us an estimate, which is around $500. I wouldn't say this is the best deal I can get but since the house had never been cleaned for a long time, I wanted to get it done as soon as possible. The guy was pretty professional, spent 4 hours cleaned every single vent. I felt the house was never as clean as it is now. Would hire them again in the near future.

I called 10/26/13 to make an appointment for service. I was told they did not provide service for coupon deal for any vent above 10 feet therefore, I'm requesting a refund.

I wasn’t happy with them at all. They were horrible. I ended up calling my old company to come out and look at my vents. They were angry at me because I didn’t buy more stuff when they were here. They even told my daughters that why I didn’t call them. I just wanted them to go. They didn’t come like they had really good equipment. The guys were not very nice. They didn’t seem knowledgeable. So I ended up going to a service that I used before. They wanted me to spend $400 to clean my vent. They made a comment to my daughter about like why I had them come out here. Their equipment was really shoddy. They came up my front door with this fan and that’s all it was with some gigantic hose that they hooked to one vent  in the front of my door and turned it on and was telling me that was cleaning all my vents when I know I have this done before. They refused to go in one room all together because my son was in there. These guys were just a joke. I wouldn’t use them again.

A $400 duct cleaning project is a reasonable price for the best equipment in the industry, not (shoddy equipment) we have the best truck mounted Gas powered machinery and follow NADCA standards for air duct cleaning. Time spent on each duct seemed sufficient.  Lots of noise I assumed equaled thorough cleaning.  Crew was very professional, clean, prompt and courteous.  Just overall, seemed expensive for what you get "per hour".

It turned out really good except for leaving a bunch of dust in the house. They did a really good job. They cleaned it out really well. There was additional charge I ended up paying like $400 something with the coupon and I had unlike clean the dryer vent and I did them do extra things, which was fine. They are really. They did a very thorough job. They were very very great. They are pretty reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

I purchased a big deal ($20 for $100) wroth of duct cleaning. I was not quoted any rates over the phone and when the tech showed up to quote the work at over $350 for a single line of venting and I decided to pass, I was told I had to talk to his manager if I wasn't going to buy the full service. I have had ducts cleaned before for about $150 for a two story home -- this was a single story A/C only venting system with minimal vents (only one return for the entire house). Nonetheless, I found this experience to be completely unprofessional and ultimately felt like a scam -- needless to say, my $20 was wasted. Even upon speaking upon speaking with the manager, who was very pushy, I found myself having to defend my decision and was told that they have special equipment. I just can't even conceive the rate I was quoted based on how long it would take to complete the work and the fact that there isn't any actual physical materials being left behind.

As far as materials and what is involved in a process there is no reputable company that would do air duct cleaning for $150 ,if somebody did duct cleaning in your home for that amount you got burned . 3.Yes we do have special equipment , each truck or trailer has about $30.000 to $40.000 of machinery that's specifically designed for professional air duct cleaning, there for our price line is higher then somebody with a shop vacuum and brush on a stick . We would simply be out of business if we would do these services for $150. 4.As far as $20 coupon we can send you a refund . It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It didn't work out. I spent money and I guess what I was buying was a coupon. They basically came out and gave me a price which was not what I wanted. They did nothing. They wanted $350 but I didn't pay anything. They just left. They had to reschedule the appointment and when we scheduled the appointment, they were like an hour late. I would not use them again in the future.

excellent.  Two workers arrived at a chaotic time - I was having other work done at my house.  They were very polite, helpful and patient with me and did a great job of cleaning our vents and furnace.  They also pointed out and fixed a couple of lose screws on my furnace.

We called these guys couple of times after purchasing the $20 for $100 service coupon to
give a quote. They showed on time and gave me a quote. I thought that is high and I don't
want the service. However these guys want to charge me for showing up and giving me a quote.
After going back and forth I ended up paying for the negotiated price (service+sanitation) for the service. They didn't let me know that
they are going to put holes to the duct system. I would have rejected out right anyone who
makes holes to duct system. They put 2 major holes per unit (2 units) and a number of small holes.
They say it is necessary. Toward end they forgot to open the return vents and put metal tape
one of the holes.

THEY CAME ON TIME AND SPENT ABOUT A HOUR AND A HALF.  I WAS TALKED INTO TO HAVING AN APPLICATION OF SOME
SPRAY ($200.00) TO TO DO SOMETHING BETTER ??   IT SEEMED LIKE THEY ONLY VACUUMED ONE OF MY TRUNK DUCTS
NOT THE INTAKE AND THE RETURN.  I KNOW THEY GET PAID BY EACH JOB, BUT IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE IN A HURRY
ALL THE TIME.
SINCE I CANNOT SEE INTO MY DUCTS, I DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD A JOB THEY DID. I HAVE TO TAKE THEIR WORD ON THAT.

They came out with a huge truck filled with equipment. One worker climbed in my crawl space and attached an enormous shop vacuum. Another worker sealed all my windows. They had to cut an access hole in the return ductwork of my furnace. They vacuumed out all the dust from my heating vents. This job took all day. The ducts were cleaned with a solvent, and they patched the furnace ductwork with new sheet metal.

We needed a postconstruction Vent cleaning additional that the former owners havent clean the air ducts in years!
Philip arrived on time and made a very professional job, he spend like 3 hours and go to all the vents in the house and the furnace location.
That was not messy at all, and also was very gentle on explaining us at the end what he did and making recomendations to improve the quality air.

The person that did the cleaning has worked with us before and seems well-informed. He showed us which vents were dummies (not connected to the central system at all) and also pointed out where we had some problems in the ducting to fix. He also explained how heating worked in our old 2-flat back in the day - by fire and oil. This explained why there was soot in our walls and why our basement is so dusty. All of the info he shared was informative. I would've rated him higher, but he used a toilet on the first floor that I had put tape across to indicate that the toilet was not functional. So I had some toilet water on the basement floor that I had to bleach after he was done. But the vents smell much better now. I feel like the air quality is much improved.
