Malo,malo,malo..el servicio que solicite fuel de Michigan a texas,me pidieron que pagara por adelantado y el dia que recojieron mis cosas me pidieron mas dinero,segun ellos me habia pasado unas pulgadas mas y pidieron mas Dinero en efectivo.,en 10 dias yo recibiria mis muebles en texas,,y esto se retraso 3 Semana( horrible)..mi lapara quebrada,mis estatuas quebradas y parte de laropa de mi esposo desaparecio 1 caja)..Gente tengan cuidado con esta empresaFRONTIER MOVING SOLUTION EN FLORIDA ellos solo son intermediarios y contratan a BIG SHOLDER que son pesimos en la seriedad Del trabajo srita.VANESSA..

We recently moved from Mid-Michigan to the Iowa City area. Although the original set up went through One Source, Big Shoulders and Juven did the actual move. There had been some confusion with One Source, but Juven listened and calmly found a way to serve us. He and his crew were respectful and efficient. Our items were treated with care and respect. The weather was terrible with sub-zero temperatures, and still, they had our belongings to us the next day! I understand that cannot always be guaranteed, but it was a welcome surprise to us! We strongly recommend Big Shoulders Moving and Storage.

Hands down this is the best company ever, They acted professionally, handled my furniture carefully, and ensured everything was correctly protected. They were friendly and worked quickly. I appreciate their time and willingness to help me. They answered my questions. They called before arriving and went straight to work. I cried when our furniture (or what was left of it) arrived from MN to GA. What was quoted at $3,000 ended up at $6,000. This is the most despicable moving company I have ever heard of or dealt with. Their packing was horrific, such as using a wardrobe box for rolled up carpets and then shove lamp shades in with them. The lamp shades were torn to smithereens. Boxes were counted but never checked at the destination. We are missing so many items, including a paper shredder, multiple boxes, clothes. dishes, cleaning mops, pails, brooms, a chair and cushion, a beautiful Seiko clock which cannot be replaced. The furniture that did arrive is so damaged. One mattress and queen size bedspread were soaking wet, through and through. We lost some very valuable items and, at $.60 lb. is definitely not easily replaced. The loss and damage we have to endure is so disheartening and disgusting, not to mention costly! We would have been better off to sell our furniture in MN and buy new in GA.

This is without a doubt the worst Company to deal with the packing was terrible and took advantage of someone in a wheelchair and handicapped

Paid over double my estimated cost. Pictures and mirrors that weâ re supposed to have been wrapped separately weâ re just thrown in boxes with other items unwrapped. Furniture and shelving units are marked up and items that were pointed out to them were left behind. I will never recommend these movers to anyone

We had an out-of-state move and Oscar and his team were very pleasant and easy to work with. They worked non-stop. What my husband and I thought would be a very stressful household move, they gave us confidence and really helped to make this major move enjoyable.

I hired Big Shoulders for a long distance move from WI to VA. The moving crew was great! Showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very careful while packing up my furniture. They managed to protect a large glass display case that I was sure I'd get back in pieces! I do wish the dispatch and sales department were more on top of things. My sales agent left an email asking about when I should hear from dispatch unanswered. , and I received conflicting information about when my drop-off team would show up from dispatch. I was also told I could pay for the move with credit by my Sales agent, but dispatch told me the day before my pickup that there would be a 5% charge for using a card. Customer service aside, however, I am satisfied with the quality of the move, and would recommend Big Shoulders if asked.

Hired since they had so many great reviews. Service in Chicago was very quick and professional. Service out of state is with different people. Date of expected delivery was changed on me without notice until I called them. Delivery driver showed up late (poor man was alone for the move-in portion) and was about to leave without giving me my furniture initially because it was a Sunday night and the Zelle payment to Big Shoulders hadn't processed yet (even though I had proof of transaction). A couple things were broken but luckily nothing valuable, however I did end up with two portions of another person's sectional which he wouldn't take back even though I said they weren't mine (in his words, "your problem now").

Have n actual physical person come to estimate the moving costs, From phone estimate and description of goods to be moved , it doubled when actual date of movers come to do the moving,

Their crew worked non-stop. They even made sure that nothing came back into the house until it had pads on the bottom to protect our newly refinished floors. Had a good experience with them.

Awesome moving company. Oscar and his crew moved me from Chicago to Texas with no damages. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone out there trying to Move !!
