Ken was very friendly and professional. He inspected the drain and then checked all the ceilings on the 1st floor to determine if there was any leaking or dripping that he may be able to hear or see. He found nothing. Ken ran water in the drain for several minutes and determined that the piping is fine - just lined with build-up of shampoo, soap, etc. He said that he could rout or blow it out but recommended we just leave it for now because the drain is flowing well.
Ken would not take any money for his time and assessment. I'm very relieved that my kitchen ceiling does not have to be cut into to repair a leaking drain.
I would like Ken and Price-less Plumbing and Drain to be our family's plumber.
