Description of Work: Appointment availability very reasonable; detected problem with dryer quickly and offered good solution. Another problem not detected initially prompted two more visits, but they kept at it, finally found the problem and kept it fixed!

Description of Work: My newer Miele dishwasher stopped working. I decided to call Kelly appliances because I go there to buy eureka vacuum cleaners for the past 30 years and I know they carry Miele dishwashers. First I decided to join Angies list and then check out Kelly appliances. | |They set up an appointment the next day. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and said that he had the same thing happen to his Miele dishwasher. So he brought the part I needed! Amazing. Miele customer service and Abt appliances (where I bought the dishwasher) would send someone in 10 days to 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreWe initially called another company, who wasn't able to honor an appointment we set up. Therefore, we contacted Kelly's Appliance Inc for work. They showed us the very next day, and were very, very good. Their technician arrived right on time, and had all of the specialized tools he needed. Overall, the experience was superb.
Description of Work: We needed to have our dishwasher repaired because we dropped the nozzle of our coffee maker inside of it.

+ -1 moreThey seemed to be efficient to take care of the problem. They were easily accessible and decently priced and provided friendly service. I had no complications with them. It was easy to park there. The vacuum cleaner is working. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

+ -1 moreThey had to get a new motor so it was about $200. They were able to take my mixer immediately and it can be hard to find a place that will repair mixers. They had to order the part so it took about a week and a half, but they did it as quickly as they could.

+ -1 moreResponded to service call same day. Technician was professional, courteous, and patient with my many questions. He restored the dryer to working order but had to return the next day with a new part for the washer. He came when he said he would and worked fast. Based on my two experiences with this company I think they're extremely honest in their work and fair in their prices. Though I did not compare the basic price of their service call to anyone else I thought the overall charge was reasonable for the work done.
Description of Work: Evaluated and repaired washer and dryer. Washer needed a new timer and Dryer only needed the vent cleaned and a small section of vent replaced to work properly again.

+ -1 moreVery well. I have had other technicians in the past who would have just told me to buy a new motor or try to sell a new machine. I thought they were very honest and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I had a burning smell coming from my laundry room and assumed it was coming from my dryer. I immediately pulled all the plugs and called Kelly, since another family member had used them in the past. They came out right away. To my suprise, it turned out to be the washing machine. They said it could be the motor, and if so, the motor would not be worth replacing because of the age of the machine (it would almost be as much to buy a new appliance.) However, he said it could also be another part, which he would have to test. Luckily, it was the other part, which he replaced, and I did not have to replace the motor or the machine.

+ -1 moreWe called to leave a message late on a Saturday afternoon. The call was returned promptly on Monday morning and a service call was arranged for the following day. The original time suggested was not acceptable and when I asked for a time between 7:30 & 8:00 AM Kelly's was able to meet my needs. Rick arrived just before 8:00 and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with our overall experience with this company.
Description of Work: Although the drum was turning on our gas dryer there was no heat. The part was replaced and the dryer is now functioning as it should.

+ -1 moreDryer was not working. We had difficulty finding a repair service provider to come out quickly. I ended up calling Kelly's, a local appliance repair shop. As it turns out, they work on Maytags all the time. I called at 8:30 am. The repair man arrived at my house before 9:30 am. My dryer was working within an hour after that. Couldn't have been happier. Prompt and efficient.
