 + -1 moreI called and asked for an apt and was able to get one within the hour. My husband has been coming to them for over 15 yrs with our cars. Now that he is ill, I took the car in for its oil change. They are friendly, professional, and very very committed to customer service. Both our cars are foreign and the work done on them has been first rate. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

 + 0 moreI've been going to Quality Tire for all of my automotive work for over 20 years. They've worked on all my cars, both new and VERY used and both foreign and domestic. From tires and exhaust systems to tune-ups, brakes, and engine repairs, Mark and his guys are the best. They're always courteous and thorough, and their work is first rate. On numerous occasions they have gone above and beyond in dealing with my repairs. In this particular case, I had run over some metal and had a tire go flat while driving on the expressway. By the time I could pull over to a safe spot to put my spare on, the tire was ruined. It was a Sunday afternoon, so I dropped the van off at their place, put the keys and a note in their dropbox, and had my wife come pick me up. They called me first thing in the morning with the estimate and had the work done by 1:00. Knowing how busy they are, I couldn't believe they got to it that quickly. I have recommended these guys to others for years, and have never had anyone disappointed.
Description of Work: Replaced a pair of tires, did a full alignment and balancing.

 + -1 moreCar was running poorly and stalling. Regular mechanic was not available, so went here because it was rated highly and close to work. Shop found bad signal coil and replaced distributor with aftermarket part. Fixed problem, but took advantage of me by charging twice as much as job was worth. Charged $405 for aftermarket distributor, when genuine Toyota part is less than $300. Shop rate is $88, but charged me $250 labor, PLUS a $69 dignostic fee to hook up to their analyzer! Regular mechanic later said Distributor replacement is typically a $350 job. Aftermarket ignition coil failed already, and will need replacement again.
Description of Work: Replaced distributer in Toyota Camry.
