PETER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL -- FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL THROUGH THE SERVICE DATE. CLEANED FURNACE AND AIR DUCTS. VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND HIRE AGAIN.

Scheduled Peter to come out on a Saturday. He arrived about 15 minutes early. This was the first time I had my air ducts cleaned so Peter explained what needed to be done. He showed me the inside of one of the ducts (definitely needed to be cleaned). When asked how often I should have the ducts cleaned he suggested anywhere from 3 to 5 years since I have several pets. I felt very comfortable with Peter and appreciated the time he spent explaining their process.

Peter arrived 1/2 an hour early. He was very prompt and courteous both via email and phone. Peter nicely explained the cleaning process. Since my air ducts had never been cleaned before, two circular access openings had to be cut into the ducts in the furnace room (resealed upon completion). Very powerful, industry-leading equipment (Meyer) was used, including rotating brushes that reached deep within the ducts. Air filter was cleaned also. Entire process took about 3 hours. House was left very clean. They did an excellent job.

Peter seemed very good and professional. I am so pleased with this company, and will gladly recommend to anyone. He took off their shoes. He was organized, efficient, and expedient. No mess left. Very satisfied. He used very powerful equipment (big gasoline vac, rotary brush many compressor tools).
