They are great and very reliable! I have been using them for over for ten years. They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They do a lot of extras on top of the service agreement. They are extremely knowledgeable.

The design process went well, and the design was very good and the presentation professional.  The estimate was comparable to the one we went with.  The difference for us was probably the level of detail in the design from the other company.

They will be here today. We have had them for years. They do lawn and yard work. They also do the landscape planing and maintenance all of that stuff too. They have done brick work stuff all around on the patios and stuff and they put on a dry stone wall for us. They basically do it all. They are reliable. Yes they are expensive but they do a heck of a good job.

This was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with--office staff, designer/project manager, landscape crew-- was very professional, polite and very good at their jobs. Our backyard looks wonderful.

The employee who helped us was very knowledgeable,  The entire buying experience was wonderful. We were taken care of right away. They explained all the trees we were interested in. When we purchased the tree the transaction was very smooth. They came to our home to plant the tree on time and performed quality work.  I would highly recommend their services. 

Everything went absolutely perfect with this company. They are very responsive if you need something fixed or if anything went wrong. They are very professional and easy to deal with. I really trust this company to get the job done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

GREAT choice of trees to select from. Excellent service. We called them a month later with some questions about the tree and they were very helpful.

They have always been very responsive to my needs. They listen to my needs and act accordingly. They are very expensive, however I feel that I get what I pay for. They are competitive with other high quality nurseries. They have been around for three or four generations and they always do quality work. The price varies depending on which services a family wants.

We had a bad experience with them. They never did do the design. They were uncooperative, didn't return phone calls, and didn't produce what they were supposed to produce. They just stole the money that we paid for the design.

I consider this company very expensive. But they do a nice job choosing plants and they have a guarantee you can get. But if you choose the maintenance service, it is definitely guaranteed. I had them plant small bushes and hydrangeas and everything is blooming just beautifully. I had a small flood problem in my backyard where my yard slopes down and creates a small pond area. They came out and placed mulch and planted a few trees. The area that was a problem, turned into a beautiful landscaped garden. I have left them to make decisions on my yard with different plants, and it looks great. I have left them to take care of the work when I m not home and am so pleased with the quality and time they take to make my yard look better than what I left it. I m so happy with their work and will use them again.

HE WAS TO FOLLOW UP WITH A PLAN AND BID. 2 WEEKS WENT BY, WHEN I CALLED FOR FOLLOW UP, HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK LATER. HALF AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS TO ARRIVE, HE CALLED TO SAY HE WAS TOO BUSY. I SUGGESTED HE FAX PLAN TO ME AND WE COULD DISCUSS OVER THE PHONE. HE SAID HE WOULD RATHER DROP IT OFF THE NEXT DAY. HE NEVER DID. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE AND TO RECEIVE A REASON FOR RUDENESS AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. HIS SUPERVISOR HAD NO EXPLANATION AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE. I WILL NOT CONSIDER THEM IN THE FUTURE.
