Horrible customer service; unprofessional installers with a failure to communicate; bad business all around. Go elsewhere. Im still paying for their mistakes many months later. And they don’t respond to calls or emails unless you leave a bad review.

Johnny was great! We had new tiles installed in our hallways, kitchen, and dining nook. He provided excellent guidance when we were selecting our tiles. The installation was smooth, efficient, and very well done. I highly recommend Creative Floors.

We hired creative floors to install a white oak hardwood floor back in March and it was a disaster. The customer service was awful, the crew was reckless, and they did really poor work. Please see details below: Recklessness - The crew had their saw set too deep during demolition and cut 2 - 10ft lines through our sub floor. They did a sub par repair job, so we fixed it ourselves - Damaged door/floor trim - Damaged our Dining room table - Damaged our dishwasher, door did not close right. The came out and “fixed” it, but it now leaks - Stain everywhere, walls trim, etc. Poor Quality - Chatter Marks (waves) throughout floor (pic with red circle) - Circular sander marks throughout floor, visible from 6ft away - Staining looks uneven in places - Poor finishing, it looks like the used too much sealant so there are hardened drops on surface. The redid the finishing, but it’s arguably worse than before. - Roller marks in the finish (imprints and bubbly texture all over) - sloshed sealant behind fridge without moving it (puddled in places) Poor customer service The job was very large and there was very little interaction with management. When there was a problem Johnny was abrasive. There was no initial or final walk through. You would think management would come out when they had to re-do the finish, to make sure it went well…Nope, and the finish is worse than before We decided to cut our losses and not ask this company to fix the problems. We are moving on with a different company. Please see the pictures.

Creative Floors refinished my living and dining room floors and replaced the ceramic tile in the entranceway with hardwood. Price was reasonable. Johnny was very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The floors look amazing and you’d think the hardwood in the entranceway was always there. Everything looks seamless. His crew was very efficient and respectful of my home. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them if you need any flooring work done. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends.

We were disappointed in the result. Before the job started, we told the project manager we had concerns that the refrigerator, because of the height of the new tile, may not fit back under the cabinets where it resides. He said that would not be a problem. It turns out, the refrigerator now does not fit. Our option is to buy a smaller refrigerator, or he said he would gladly take down the small section of cabinets, cut them down and reinstall them for $250. The day after the tile was completed, still pondering on what to do with the refrigerator, we noticed the only heat vent in the kitchen is now seventy-five percent covered by the new height of the tile. To make matters worse, we can’t get the old dishwasher out to upgrade because of the new height of the tile. We would have to take off the counter top or break the tile out. We contacted the project manager several times, but of course, he has not responded

We were very pleased with our experience with Creative Floors. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Workmanship and price were exceptional and the clean up after the job was finished was extraordinary. Adrian and his worker were great to work with.

So happy with the end product. Their bid was 40% less than two others and the entire process took less than 2 days, which was great since it was the only bathroom on the 1st floor. They were clean, very organized, and even fixed 2 other plumbing issues I didn't know about. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Creative Floors did a great job installing our flooring at a competitive price. We purchased flooring through a showroom, but the showroom's recommended installers gave us quotes that seemed excessively high. We decided to check on Yelp and found Creative Floors. Johnny responded promptly to our inquiry and came out within a few days to give us a quote. When it came time to do the work, Johnny's crew did quick work! We were very surprised with how quickly and cleanly the demolition was completed, and then how quickly the flooring was installed. We ran into a snafu when we were *1 TILE SHORT* in our 3 seasons room (can you believe it?!), but Johnny came up with a quick solution for us using some scraps they cut from other tiles and you truly can't even tell unless you are REALLY looking for it. Overall, we were really impressed with Creative Floors and would absolutely use them again if we have another project in the future!

Amazing job! Always on time and professional! They went above and beyond to ensure thay the dust was contained and cleaned up all over the house. We could not be happier. The damaged areas they repaired are seemless with the rest of the floor. We will use them again and recommend to anyone who asks.
