SABANS IRRIGATION

We must have found Rick through a website a 2 years back. Our sprinkler system was not working and we needed to get a new pump. We were quoted a better price from this company then an competitor company so we went him. BIG MISTAKE. If I remeber correctly, he quoted us $1500...and then when it was all said and done he sent us a bill for $2400. He said he had to do extra work,...ok fine...we paid him. Last year he comes to turn out system on, tells us its not working and he has to repair it. Doesnt know why...Ok, $1000 AGAIN. We paid him. Just got off the phone with him to turn it on this year, tells me its not working. Has to make it a 'service call' and charge me to look at it.  Tells me its not him, its my system. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then I tell him, nevermind, we will find someone else because this is not working out. Tells me, ok I will send you my final bill. SERIOUSLY???
VERY rude, very disorganized, TOTAL waste of money, seems like a big scam. My dad spotted him sitting in his car for 1 hour last year during the service call. I would not recommend to anyone.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THEM TO SHUT DOWN MY SYSTEM IN THE FALL AND REPLACE A FEW SPRINKLERS THAT WERE NOT WORKING. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, QUICK, GOOD, AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEY ARE FINISHED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
