Darlings Cleaning

I had been using Darlings Cleaning on and off for about a year before my husband and I decided to fire them. What initially began as a quality clean, for a good price, quickly dissintegrated into late arrivals, neglected areas of clean, and a huge drop off in quality. I attribute this to the previous owner (Cathalia Darling) leaving the business to Robert and Courtney. They would consistently arrive over 30-45  minutes late, not listen in regards to simple requests I had (not to use polish on my wood), and kept "forgetting" to dust ceiling fans. My Master bath also slowly stopped being done appropriately (the last time they were here the shower was not even scrubbed, I had to go back in myself and do it. Yes I have pictures). Finally, not only they were really awkward with some of the comments they would make but tried to SELL me random stuff (magazine, newspaper subscriptions and delivery) that they did in addition to cleaning. I was really uncomfortable....and dissatisfied. Don't hire these people.

They were affordable and offered good services, but it was very inconsistent for the different crews that came out to do the cleaning. I had to say "do this, don't do that."
