Bought 4 LED gro panels on 3/15/2012 and then purchased 2 more light panels on 4/4/12. On 2/11/13 contacted customer service because one of the panels had started to flicker. On 2/12/13 employee named Claudia Alvarado responded to my email and said to provide original receipt and contact info and whether lights had a serial number or not, and then she would issue a service ticket and let me know how to return the lights for replacement or repair. I emailed back at that time I could not find the receipt but I had a credit card statement with the date of purchase and to let me know if this would be adequate. I received no response to this email. I then emailed again because I had found the actual receipt and wanted to proceed with the service ticket she had mentioned. I received NO response to this email. I emailed several more times and tried to contact the company through their customer service form on their website. I received no response to any email or customer service attempt. Over this period of 2 weeks or so, two more light panels had started to flicker and the original panel was now completely non operational (no lights working). I now have four defective lights all still within the 1 year warranty they advertise on their site. I emailed the company again and then proceeded to call them. I received no response to this email again, and noone ever answered (three calls) at the company and I left voice mail messages that were never received. In the meantime, the warrenty on the first 4 lights had expired and eventually the warranty on the other two expired. In total I emailed the company on 2/11/2013, 2/16/2013, 3/2/2013, 3/4/2013, 3/12/13, 3/17/13. I called them and left voicemails on 3/8/2013, 3/12/2013, and 3/14/2013 with no call backs received.I finally filed a Better Business Bureau complaint on 3/15/2013 that they never responded to. Company purposefully ignored all communication in order to avoid honoring the warranty they advertised on their site and used as a selling point for their product. I now only have two lights that are fully functioning, one that is completely out, and three more that flicker and are therefore mostly useless. This company is a complete fraud!
Description of Work: Bought 6 LED lighting panels for indoor pepper and tomato garden. LED panels started to fail before warrenty period was up, but company would not respond to repeated requests for help. Also did not respond at all to Better Business Bureau complaint.
