They did a fantastic job on the floors. They seamlessly integrated the new floors with the existing floors. They were courteous and punctual. I have and will continue to recommend Jerry for hardwood floor work.

I called four companies for estimates. Jerry was at my house within 24 hours to measure and answer any questions. He was professional and his crew worked very hard for 3 straight days. Before he stained, he put samples of as many stains as I wanted on the floor, then sanded them back out afterwards. While they were there, I asked if they could replace a transition piece that my tile installer removed. No problem. They put a new piece of wood in for no extra charge. I was amazed when they were done that the floor looked brand new and I get so many compliments! Oh, and the dust free process was truly dust free!!

Jerry provided excellent service for a very competitive price. We wanted to get our floors refinished before moving into our new house, so we were short on timing. Jerry was very flexible in both meeting onsite to provide a quote and completing the work before we moved in. The price was competitive and the work was completed in the exact timeline he estimated. The job was extremely clean after he left and the end product was absolutely wonderful!! We would recommend Jerry for either refinishing or new floor installs and would call on him again for future flooring needs.

For the most part everything went well until the end. I signed an agreement and based on the agreement Jerry did complete his services, so I thought. However, like any other project if there are multiple projects going on at once there are certain things that cannot be done until some else does their part. In my case I have tiles that flow over to the wood flooring. There is a trim piece that connects my foyer to the kitchen. He did the piece and placed it before the tile job by a different contractor was completed. I was ok with it because Jerry stated not to worry that when the tile guy comes that he would come and remove it. He stated that when the tile was complete he would come and place it. There was also a gap of missing wood on the edge of my french doors between the dining room and the living room. I did not catch it until I was putting the furniture back in. I did bring it to his attention and again he stated he would fix it. It has been 3 weeks since my request and he hasn't completed neither. After bringing it to his attention he got upset and became rude and defensive all because I asked for him to get it complete and schedule a date. Now his response is I completed what was on the contract. He is very unprofessional and rude. If you decide to use him just make sure you do NOT pay the final bill until the job is fully complete or reduce a portion of the final bill in case you have to ask someone else to finish something minor like in my case. Unfortunately, I will not use him again for this reason. The overall experience is a C because although I wanted to give him a D it is only fair that the rest of his work was good.

Jerry and the guys are amazing! We hired Jerry after meeting him, without even interviewing anyone else for the current job of refinishing our wood floors. Jerry was everything he said he would be: clean, neat, prompt and professional. We encountered a problem in our family room, due to a previous installer and we ended up having to rip out the whole family room floor and put in a whole new floor. The job cost us $2,000 more than we anticipated, but now the job was done right and it looks fabulous! There is no way to avoid ALL dust when you have to saw wood, but Jerry came as close to it as possible. This was our third experience with installing/refinishing wood floors and BY F A R the best experience. Our painter made way more of a dusty mess in my house than Jerry did. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, but I hope I don't have to!

Very well. Good price and good job. Moved a dresser for us. Showed us how various stains would look. No dust, which is amazing. We are very pleased. He called me back right away and came out to give me a quote within a week. No problems.

He addressed some of our questions about the installation with great solutions that showed he cared about the quality of his work. The crew worked carefully and efficiently. The entire process from the quote to the finished product was seemless. Jerry and his staff (2 crew members) were on time each day of work and work late into the day to get the job done. He was working each and everyday on the job. There was no handing the job off to his employees, Jerry was performing the tasks himself along with the staff. The quality of the flooring and the new railings are far above my expectations. I also want to point out that this company really is dustless. I had companies refinish floors before and in the end there were dust and lots of it. This company produces very little if any dust. The machines they use remove the dust completely before it settles in your home. For this reason alone I would recommend them but I also would recommend them due to their quality workmanship.

The job went better than expected. They took time to make sure the color I wanted was great. I chose a darker stain, the color is not very even, but I guess if you want even color paint your floor.

Jerry was very professional. He came when promised, knows his craft well, did a great job in the time promised, and his cost was one of the lowest estimates we received. And, it truly was "dustless"! He did an excellent job for us; our 16 year old hardwood floors look new.

Great. Getting everything off the floors was a pain. Living without furniture in our kitchen, family room, and office was a pain. Jerry was so professional, working with him was "to easy"! We met with him to check out the floors and measure. He was right on time for that appointment. He was very positive about my floors-just a positive guy! His price was so fair, I didn't get a 2nd quote. We scheduled the work, he arrived on time. He was done when he said he would be. Too easy! The floors look so good, I don't want to put the rugs and furniture back. Oh and I probably had more dust in my house the day before Jerry arrived, than I did when he was done--he means dustfree!

Jerry is a true craftsman. His ability to interlay the new hardwood floors into the existing flooring in my house to create a transitionless hardwood floor was stunning. Jerry was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and was able to squeeze our job into his busy schedule. After installation, I noticed a small blemish in the flooring, Jerry came back out to my house within a week and refinished the spot, free of charge - great customer service. Jerry was also very helpful in suggesting stain colors to match my trim and left the house with minimal dust considering the size of the project. I would definitely recommend Jerry.

Everything thing went well from start to finish (obtaining the estimate/proposal to overall project completion). We obtained 3 estimates initially and ended up going with Jerry because he appeared to be the most knowledgeable and had the experience/expertise with the stairway rebuilding/finishing that we also wanted in addition to the installation of the floors and new trim. The job took approximately 11 days, they (Jerry and 2 employees) typically arrived by 8am Mon-Fri and left anywhere between 5-6pm with a couple of later nights and 1 Saturday (half-day) towards the end of the job. My family and I did stay at a hotel for 5 of these days and our dogs were boarded for 7 of the days due to the magnitude of this project. Jerry and his employees were all pleasant and professional. As with any very large project like this, things do not always go according to plan, there were a couple things that happened during the job (only major thing was damaged drywall (hole) in ceiling going down to the basement that occurred while working on the stairs) and a few things we noticed upon completion (couple small places missing trim/shoe molding, couple boards of flooring needing replacement, & shifting of the largest stair railing); however, Jerry made sure everything was corrected promptly and came back to our house on a couple of occasions with no issues, he even fixed a part of one of the new banisters that our painters subsequently chipped with their ladder! This was a bit of a messy job with the saw dust from cutting the flooring and trim; however, weather permitting they tried to do most the cutting outside but on a couple days it was done in the garage. I definitely recommend outside if at all possible. The guys did clean up everything really well at the end of everyday though. Overall, Jerry and his guys were great to work with, I would definitely recommend his company and would use them again in the future. Our floors and stairway look beautiful, we are very happy with the end result.

The job took almost a week to complete. We were lucky enough to stay with some friends (with our dogs) so they could work uninterrupted. Jerry and his brother showed up on time on the day they stated and worked dilligently thru completion. The floors look great! One of my concerns was that he recommended that we move to a different finish than what was originally put on (oil-based). But the finish product looks about the same, and the beauty of Brazilian Cherry still is there. After a month the floors are looking great (I hope it will last a few years until we sell!) Looking at different photos they may be a little darker than before and perhaps a bit more slippery but maybe that's because they are smoother but I'm very pleased. I totally trusted Jerry and his work and would recommend him to you as well!

Jerry did an amazing job!! He was punctual, professional, and delivered EXACTLY what he promised. They worked so clean!! I couldn't believe how clean. My floors look amazing and I can'talk wait to hire him to do the upstairs.

Jerry's Dust Free Flooring did a great job. They really kept the house clean. They're very flexible. They worked with me in choosing my dates and stuff and very easy to work with.

Our floors are beautiful as a result of Jerry and his brother, Ralph. They showed up when promised, and and came back everyday until the job was done. They were very respectful of our property and pleasant to have in the house. At one point, Jerry was not entirely satisfied with the way the stain looked in the family room, so he took it all down and re-stained it. He is a perfectionist, and as the homeowner, I love that! I highly recommend this company.

Jerry came and gave a fair quote for all the work in a timely manner. He was faced with some challenges in his previous job scheduled right before our job and was honest and open about it. Because of those challenges, our job start was delayed a couple of days but it was clear as soon as he started our job that his attention to it was first and foremost. He removed carpet and installed new wood in 2 rooms adjacent to existing hardwood. No one would ever know that it was not installed all at the same time. He assisted me with final color choice by putting small areas of the color choices on the newly sanded floor. The final result was beautiful and just what we had hoped for. He finished the job on time, if not even a little sooner and we are very pleased!

Jerry and his did an outstanding job. The results were actually "dustless".  They also did not have to remove the base shoe to perform the sanding and finishing service.  Jerry's equipment left no dust on the walls, TV, countertops, etc. They were extremely clean and fast.  I highly recommend Jerry for any of your hardwood flooring needs.

After hearing numerous horror stories related to the difficulties associated with hardwood floor refinishing, I can say with no exaggeration that I was incredibly impressed with the work performed by Jerry's Dust Free Flooring! Simply awesome! My wife and I are considered a bit obsessive when it comes to "cleanliness" and throughout the process our home would have passed the white glove test. Watching the work being performed, I was left wondering why more service providers are not using the equipment Jerry uses, because it clearly made the difference. In addition, their attention to detail and stain selection, made the end result better than I could have ever imagined possible. Our hickory floors look absolutely beautiful! You have my sincere thanks and appreciation for a job that exceeded all expectation, Jerry!

Jerry and his crew were excellent.  They moved the heaver furniture from the rooms then sanded the floors with three (3) progressively finer abrasives.  There was virtually no dust - which is amazing.  When we had the floors refinished 20 years ago we had a layer of fine wood dust everywhere - not this time.  After edging the rooms with a smaller sander a coat of water based sealer was applied then three (3) coats of "Street Shoe" water based finish.  We opted for three coats or satin finish instead of the "normal" two coats as we have pets and wanted a little extra protection on the floors.  The Street Shoe finish does not have a noticable odor.  We previously had used Glitza who's odor was horrible.  The pets were banished to the kennel during the project.

We let the floors dry for 4 days after which Jerry and his crew returned to move the furniture back into their respective rooms during which he replaced all the glides with new felt glides.

Jerry's work is excellent - there are no sanding marks or ripples in the floors.  Some of the trim on the walls needs to be touched up with paint but that's to be expected.  I would certainly hire Jerry again - he cares about his work and our home.
