Excellent service and real professional work

I had an emergency sewer problem, and they responded immediately. What I most appreciated about their service, they made themselves available to answer the many questions I had and gave me great advice. To me, they went beyond the call of duty to help me out.

Adrian B., the gentlemen from Excel that unclogged our main sewer line, was very courteous and went above and beyond to explain the problem, answer my questions and complete the work in a timely and efficient manner. Adrian B. also cleaned the area in which he worked very nicely and more than I expected. I felt well pleased with the work that was done and very glad to see that Excel donates a percentage of their revenue to St. Jude's Research Hospital. I highly recommend this company.

Very quick response

Cost was a bit on the high end. All questions were answered and work was done promptly. Drain is working properly again. Scoping the drain was not part of the cleaning service, would have been nice to see a video. All and all I would hired them again.

They work very hard to do a good job yet keep the costs down. My repairman spent most of the day, but he repiped one bathroom sink and the kitchen double sink, which were never installed properly. Now both drain well and I am very pleased. They are honest and fair in their estimates.

The expertise and customer experience having Excel replace my faulty water heater was excellent. They came out and completed the work the same day I called. I highly recommend Excel to friends and family as a company to do business with.
