First of all, fast response. Talked on Wednesday, got an estimate Thursday, job completed Friday. 100% customer friendly, they purchased the screen door for us, installed it and the hardware, repaired multiple parts of two double-hung windows. Fast and quality work for a great price. Had to make an adjustment the next day due to the age of our windows, and they came right back out for that right away. Took forever to find someone for this job but as soon as I was in touch with Apex, we couldn't have been done faster or more pleased with the work.

I can’t speak to the cost, because the gentleman who came out to look at my window was able to fix it within 15 seconds. He said it was a common thing (clearly I need some training on how to operate my windows) and refused to charge me for the trip.
