After I bought the deal from Angie's List, I scheduled three different dates other than long weekend. I called the company to followup almost after few hours after I bought the deal. They scheduled it for Saturday and even if I am loosing the day of weekend, I okayed with that and when they came, they could do it as the stuff to be moved out includes construction just (like broken tiles from the remodeling bathrooms. The deal includes the quotes "how long it has been that the garage has been cleaned" and they didn't mention in the deal that construction junk is not included. And it says two cubic yards of waste will be taken and if it is more it will be extra 39 dollars. But they said 2 cubic yards is two black bags which will be equal to 120 lbs. But 2 cubic yards is more than that when I checked online. If it is just two black bags... why should I hire them? My regular garbage guys will be able to take that. I don't have to spend 159 dollars and is it a deal? And taking two bags, power cleaning a two car garage should cost 399 dollars (originally) and now it is a big deal??? I don't think so. They guy who came to do the job called the company and the guy at company first asked the guy to take pictures and come and they will call me on Monday to schedule. But no one called me back until I called in the afternoon.

Purchased a Big Deal and was concerned when I was told that their company doesnt service Chicago. The next day I received a call saying they could send a technician over.the next day. The technician (Gary) showed up on time and did a great job quickly. Although this deal got off to a rough start it ended well and I would recommend this company.

"Mr. [member name removed], the service was done not on June 20th but on May 20th. Technicians came and explained you the extra charges, your house is 2,501 sqft, you should be charged $15 extra for square footage and $5 for each clogged downspout. You told that you don't want to pay more than $65 and that we need to clean only one part of the house.Technicians did what you requested. We recommended you to do the roof cleaning because you have a lot of branches on the roof. Obviously after one month and a half and all the rains and helicopters your gutters are full again. We recommend you to install gutters guards because around your house are a lot of trees."
