When they got here the guys told me it would cost extra because it's a two story house and over 2000sq. And he said I need to read the fine print. Just what the other reviewers complained about.I told them to forget it and they left.
Then the lady called me, extremely unprofessional. The whole experience was unpleasant. Now she will respond to my review saying I SHOULD READ THE FINE PRINT!!! They need to do a better job of quoting what the job will actually cost!
Thank goodness Angie's List will refund my money. Buyer beware!!
"Dear Customers if you read all our review you will see that all F and D reviews came from customers that are not reading the fine print section of the deal, neither one of them did the job with us. We are giving the price of $65 for houses up to 2.000 sqft without downspouts included, just because we don’t want you to pay for the job that doesn't need to be done. [removed member name], you told that you had doubts about using our service because of our bad reviews that is why before doing the job we are explaining to our customers the extra charges that could be applied. In your case, I received a phone call from your husband on Tuesday afternoon and asked about gutter cleaning , how much it is going to be. I checked the square footage of your house online and it came up that your house is 2.800 sq ft. I explained you husband the extra charges for square footage but Mr. [removed member name] told that he is interested only in gutter cleaning for the top floor of gutters. That is why I gave him them the price of $65 and offered free downspouts flushing. We came up and you told us to clean the whole house for $65 and downspouts flushing, it was not for what we agreed with your husband. Thereafter you started blackmailing our technicians that if they don't want to do the whole job, they can leave. Office called and tried to explain about the agreement with your husband you did not give a chance to explain the situation. DEAR CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ CAREFUL OUR DEAL AND THEN YOU WON'T FEEL CHEAT!!!"

Technician George arrived very late in the afternoon on a Friday, but this was not a problem because I kept getting calls from Amruss with his progress toward my home.
George stated that if he found clogged downspouts it would cost me an extra five dollars per to unclog them. It turned out that I had four of six downspouts clogged, adding another twenty dollars to the cost. He finished the job in approx forty-five minutes.
George was extremely courteous and polite throughout the process.
"[member name removed], first of all your appointment was set between 4 pm- 6 pm, it were traffic time and our technician arrived at 5.40. Then you paid not $100 but $90, because we gave you multiple discounts. The deal includes gutter cleaning for houses up to 2000 sqft,your house is almost 2.700, George charged you not for 700 sqft but for 500 sqft only. Technician inspected all downspouts and had found 4 clogged, he cleaned all of them and charged you for 2 only.By deal we should charge you $115 but we give you discount for $25."

"[member name removed], as soon as you mentioned that you have screens on your gutters, we had contacted you and explained that remove the screens and re-installation it is an extra charge. We told you that normally the price for remove and installation is $2 per feet , we offered you $1 per feet. Approximately you have more than 80 feet of gutters, so the amount of the job would be $160 plus $65 for gutter cleaning, I am sorry but we can not afford to do this kind of job of amount $225 for $65.
