"Member Thank You for your feedback. Technician cannot take money off your bill unless you have a coupon present at the time of service, just a standard procedure at every business. Just as if you go to Dominik’s and want some money off but don’t have a coupon you will not receive the coupon price unless you have it with you. I hope you understand that technician did not want to make your life harder, it is just want we require them to have present with all invoices. Reading notes on the ticket technician arrived when ac working weak producing 74F of air from your registers... After completion tech noted that system operates at 62F. Really not sure where the confusion comes in that he really did not do anything. We thrive to provide the best service, price and have you as our customer for many years to come. Please let me know if you need anything in the feature, as I will personally stop in make sure that system operates properly. Thank You"

"Thank You for your feedback. It is important for us to receive positive and negative feedbacks as then we know where we need to work on. As it this case we have enforced no smoking policy to all of our employees and installed special trash cans by the entrance to our trucks for the booties just so they will not fly away, as well as a policy to quote any additional work before we will perform it. With pricing I have called 2 different companies in our area as a customer and have found that our pricing is on the lower side. We are very sorry for your negative experience with our company; there is nothing that I can do to fix this at this time. All what I can offer you is that if you use us again in the feature I will have $50 Company Credit applied to any service that you take. I initially contacted air blue because of a smell coming from our AC. I already had 3 other AC companies out, and everyone said the unit was fine. Not only did Konrad and his team do a great job with the duct cleaning, but he went over and above and found and fixed the source of the smell that the other 3 companies all missed. Our coil was installed incorrectly and water wasn't draining right resulting in a smelly black sludge which he cleaned!
After that I had him inspect my whole system. He and his team did a great job installing additional returns and supplies to help us have a more balanced system - and corrected that we were VERY under returned and were wearing out our unit way faster than we should have been (4 small returns for 12 supplies). The installation went smoothly - even cutting the drywall the kept it super clean - and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.
After that I had him check our other AC unit that was having trouble on and off. Of course when he got here, it was working fine. But unlike other companies that just said nothing was wrong and/or it was just low on freon, he believed me and investigated deeper. Sure enough, by spending extra time watching the pressures - he found them spiking and dropping - which was overloading our unit and occasionally overloading - thus preventing it from working. Again, a problem that 2 other companies missed!
Every step of the way he was professional, patient with my millions of questions, thorough, went over and above, and did a great job.
I highly recommend Air Blue!

So I called Air Blue who is a Carrier rep. They came out and in 10 min they knew that the compressor was the problem not the Freeon levels. They ran a die into the coils to confirm this and then submitted the coil to the warranty on the unit as it is only a year and a half old.
They were able to get all the parts covered by the manufacturer and only charged me for labor with a discount they also threw in the Freeon recharge because of my expierience with the other HV/AC company.
They were promp and professional, were able to discover, fix and act as an advocate for me the consumer to the manufacurer and enact the warranty.
They saved me about a $1000 by asking the right questions, can't thank them enough.
I would definatly recomend them to anyone who has a HV/AC problem.
