Performed the work I asked and were very professional.

We made inquiries on a few different things on our to-do list.  1) Install ceiling fan in office, 2) provide estimate for under mount lighting and can lights in kitchen, 3) provide estimate for water damaged kitchen ceiling (from upstairs bathroom leak), 4) take a look at semi-recently replaced garage door with some kind of intermittent issues opening/closing.
Performed several things running from complicated electrical tasks to drywall repair.  Dan came out and promptly provided estimate for first two items only (our request).  We signed contract for both.  Total cost was very reasonable for all of the work performed. 
Within week of estimate we had a ceiling fan and new dimmer switch installed where there was previously no fan, bracing, or lighting.  Protective covering was laid over items in room and everything was cleaned and vacuumed upon completion. 
Dan and Team also came out and installed can lights and under mount lighting in the kitchen (under cabinets, in glass front cabinets, and in same places in butler's pantry).  Dan even fixed reversed wiring and re-routed to produce a more efficient outlet assignment for the various entry points and lighted areas!  
Everybody was extremely friendly and professional and did not hesitate to make recommendations when original request would have produced something other than the desired result.  All work was complete in a timely fashion and right on time.  Work areas were washed and vacuumed upon completion.  The group went above and beyond!  They even took a look at the ceiling and garage door, and gave us some extremely helpful tips for tiling the kitchen back splash after learning of the remainder of our plan for the kitchen.  They weren't even contracted for those items!!! 
Honest, reliable, very helpful, extremely professional, timely, efficient, very knowledgeable in a multitude of areas, excellent craftsmanship, clearly dedicated, amazing service!!!!  The whole team was comfortable around every member of the house (including toddlers and dogs).  Would not hesitate to recommend or contract again!!!!  Will be calling Dan first when ready to remodel basement!!!!  Thanks so much, Dan!!!!

Dan responded quickly to my phone message.  He ended up performing the work above and did it VERY good and neat.  I am very happy with the work that they performed.
My only "complaint"...and it's not even a complaint, is that he was a little bit late on two occasion.  I only mention this because I am a VERY punctual person and even slightly late sometimes bothers me (I need to get over it...LOL)

Great experience from start to finish.  They were prompt on estimates, follow up, ordered parts status, install appointment, and even followed up after completion to make sure everything was satisfactory.  Very knowledgeable and great customer service.  In fact, just a couple of days after the install was completed, I had a lot of family over and sure enough a storm knocked out power.  Had the whole house plugged in and back up in less than 5 minutes and the party continued.  Talk about great timing!

Very Professional, helpful and supportive in assisting in various choices.  Workers were friendly and experienced.Area was cleaned up afterwards leaving like it was prior to service.Dan was easy to contact and returned my calls promptly, and kept me informed with start and finish date.I would definetly use DFC for other projects in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

DFC Mechanical have always done a great job. I believe it is about 5 years now that I have used their services and am completely satisfied. They may be a little slow in responding to a call, but even that has been improving. I can only recommend them with highest honors.

These guys worked hard. They were done before the estimated time frame and didn't leave a speck of anything anywhere. On top of it Dan was one of the nicest guys! My husband, father in law and I were totally impressed!

Our new home was in need of electrical work and ventilation fans in the bathroom.  I called Dan at DFC based on the reviews on Yelp & Angie's List.  He responded quickly to provide a quote, followed up via email and a phone call a few days later to see if I had any questions.  After meeting with a few other electricians we chose DFC again based on their reviews and based on the face to face meeting with Dan.   Dan showed up promptly on a Monday morning at 9AM and did not stop working until 9PM after checking to make sure we were o.k. with his team working late.  Dan was extremely professional, courteous, and delivered high quality results priced directly aligned to his quote.

We recently purchased a home in Hinsdale in which we wanted to make some significant changes.  Dan and his Team did exactly what they promised...they exceeded our expectations. They came up with creative ideas to solve problems and make our new home look unbelievably fantastic! They worked around the clock to meet a very stiff time frame. We will only be working with Dan and his team in the future.
