I am filling out this survey late because like many individuals my time is booked. They contacted me, worked around my schedule, performed the job to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of possibly doing this type of project. My home is now warmer than it has been in a long time and the heat does not turn on as often. Looking forward to lower heating bills!

Steve and Illinois Insulators did a great job on the install and addressed areas of concern in a timely fashion. Scheduling was a breeze and notice a huge difference already with the summer. I'm looking forward to seeing the long term cost benefits specially wiith winter coming aroung the corner, Heating bills should be much lower which is a huge benefit in Chicago.

Only in town for a short period of time, Illinois Insulators was able to arrive complete the insullation work and schedule the install for the roof vent. I am very pleased with the job they completed.

Steve and his crew were punctual and very professional. The response was immediate to my concerns and, after two other estimates, I found myself wondering how Illinois Insulators could be so reasonable by comparison. I'll admit I was leery of receiving quality, but I was assured in the end because the quality is very good, the customer service top notch, and my basement is now insulated and protected. Oh, and the place was spotless afterward. Thank you, Steve....you are highly recommended.

Steve with Illinois Insulators is a real pro, so were the men that came out to complete the work. On-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price.

They had many employees working all at the same time and got the job done in no time. Everyone was very friendly and the mess was cleaned up well afterwards.

Customer service was good, but no follow-up to see that the job was done to my specifications. Quality of materials were excellent, but installation was not quite as good as it could have been. I feel that the price of the insulation and installation was good. I'll have to watch my heating bill to see this was truly a value for the money.

My attic insulation was completed yesterday. Luke Weber was excellent. He showed up on time (actually a little early). He took a look in my attic, estimated the amount of insulation needed, and expllained his product to me. He left materials for me to look over before I decided whom to choose for the work. The bid was sent to me by the same evening. Very professional! I had also contracted for an attic fan to be installed, but since it was raining yesterday I will have to wait a few days for the roof to dry out. The insulation installers were very efficient and personable. All in all, I am extremely satisfied so far.

they patched the holes but i have a lot of work ahead of me to fix the walls. but they REALLY cleaned up after themselves. which i really like. they put plastic over everything which i really liked.

Never finished project to final completion. Scheduled followup appointment to complete, never followed through with appointment. Never offered explanation, or had courtesy to explain missed appointment. Good work, not great great work.

Though young, very professional and personable. Kibbitzed around with us a little, too. Helps to make one feel like he's a trusted friend, not just someone hired to do a job. My husband and I both enjoyed his sense of humbor, and the fact that he never lost track of what he was here for. He handled the whole proceedure quite well, as well as giving us "the biggest bang for our buck." Not to mention a job well done, too. We are very satisfied and would gladly proviide references for any who wish them. In just the month since it was done, our electric bill is nearly half of what it used to be.
