Mike, the owner, was personable and thoughtful. The work was performed quickly and in a very professionable manner.

Gemini was the only company that would come out on a Saturday for an emergency, I tried 5 other companies and the earliest was on Monday. They were very courteous and efficient and I would definitely hire them again.

Response time excellent, very easy to work with. I believe they gave me an honest opinion of my roofing problem, and a fair price. They fixed the problem in 1/2 a day. The quality of the work was excellent. Would hire them again in a second if I need roofing repairs/replacement in the future.

We had a small amount of seepage in our building, which we discovered on the same day we were supposed to have showers at night and the next day. Mike was there in a half hour to assess the situation. (He was working nearby.) Turns out the chimney needed tuckpointing and we needed resealing on our vents and some lifted shingles addressed. By mid-afternoon he had a crew on the roof and it was all completed before any rain came! They even cleaned my gutters. I would definitely recommend them.

When I needed an emergency roof repair, and called Home Advisor, Mike with Gemini Roofing called me back right away, came out that same day, and repaired our roof because of the bad weather that was coming so we wouldn't get further damage done to our house and couldn't have been nicer to work with. His crew were just as nice too. So glad we met him through Home Advisor, and got our roof repaired very well.

He promised to send an invoice but never sent. Wanted cash only payment. Hard person to believe for future work.

Mike was great to work with. He came through and gave a full breakdown of the issues we were running into and the appropriate fix. He was able to get out and get the install done within the week.

I had issues trying to find someone to come out and look at our roof to repair/replace some shingles and when I contacted Gemini, they were able to come out right away and provide an estimate on the repair. Steve came out to take a look at the roof and was very thorough and very honest. He pointed out all the potential issues that could arise from the start and kept me posted on everything. They came out a few days later to complete the work and I was happy with the work performed. If we have any roof issues in the future, I would definitely contact them. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Gemini roofing was super responsive, easy to communicate with, professional, and provided a high quality service. They came out the same day for snow removal from my roof. It was a bit of an emergency, and they were able to fit me in. Honestly they just seem like good people. While they were out there my neighbor was struggling to remove an icicle from her gutter, and the two men from the crew stopped and helped before leaving, no charge. They just didnâ t want her to get hurt. I definitely recommend Gemini roofing!

Came out the same day. Cleared the 3 feet of snow and put ice melt on the whole roof. They also cleared the driveway of all the snow that fell off the roof. Checked my roof for damage also. Very up front with everything.
