A DAY AND NIGHT CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

My experience with him was very good. He was very professional and punctual. I will use him again. He came pretty quickly.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned all the carpets quickly and even got out stains that we thought would never come out. We will be hiring this company again very soon. A much better and more professional job was done than by those places that clean all the carpets in your house for $99. We were surprised by how good the carpets looked when he was done. Great job!

The first visit went very well. I did have a few questions/concerns regarding a few stains that were still visible. On the second visit I had two additional rooms cleaned. Obviously if I was not happy then I would not have had the technician out again. The technician, Eric, handled my concerns. Everything went great and I am a satisfied customer. I would definitely use their service again.

I contacted Walter E. Smithe to ask for advice about a ballpoint pen ink stain on a chair I purchased from them. They referred me to A Day & Night (this is the outside company Smithe uses). I called on a Friday and Sharon scheduled a technician to come on the following Monday. The tech (Eric) expertly removed the ink stain from the chair and then cleaned a different chair (there was a service charge minimum so we decided to have 1 chair cleaned). I was impressed by how they're able to remove many different types of stains from upholstery. This is definitely a company whose services I would use again.

We were very happy the first time and they were better the second time! They were knowledgeable about different cleaning methods. Did both carpet and furniture and it came out better then we expected. I recommend them to anybody!

I submitted a request for information online at Angie's List I believe this past Sunday night. The very next morning I received a call from Sharon. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone asking questions about the areas to be cleaned, age of the carpet, what is beneath the carpet, the dog "accidents", and making suggestions for future pet accident clean-ups in between professional cleanings. She went through their pricing and what the tech does so that I understood everything clearly. I never felt rushed and appreciated the details. She was able to get me scheduled for today. Sharon was very helpful and I enjoyed speaking with her. Eric, the Tech, arrived right on time today. He was professional and walked through the house with us to make sure he knew the areas we wanted cleaned (and to measure). He explained what he would be doing, how long it would take, how long to expect it to dry, etc. He was great with my dog too who kept wandering up from the basement and getting in his way. At the last minute, we asked if he was able to clean our sofa and he did a great job on it. This couch hasn't been cleaned ever and it looks brand new. When I came upstairs to track down my dog at one point, Eric was out of breath and moving the furniture himself (he decline my husband's offer to help). He was working very hard. Eric did and awesome job. Our carpet is a light beige on one floor and almost a white on the upper floor. He made our carpets look brand new. Overall, from the start, this company was great to work with. Sharon was very informative from the start and Eric did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling this company again in the future!

I did read some good reviews about them online. Sharon Renn is the owner of the company. I got to talk to her directly when I called them. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was able to schedule the work to be done the very next day itself. I told her that I had the carpets cleaned before and I had a lot of stains on it. The people who cleaned it before weren?t able to get it out. So she said that her people were trained specifically in that and that they probably could get it out. She said that it could be done using different kinds of chemicals and also with the specific training that they get. They came out on time and were very professional. They got it done quickly and they also got the stains out that the other companies couldn?t do. The carpets dried up quickly as she said it would and I was very pleased with them. They cleaned 462 square feet of carpets. I was very happy with them.

They have done the best job I have ever seen done. They were very professional and fast. They used just enough carpet cleaning liquid and it dried in about 3 hours. Our carpet looks brand new.

Eric from A day and Night arrived on time, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about cleaning the microfiber sofa and loveseat. He did a great job on my husband's beloved recliner which had it's share of cat hair and nacho dip stains. All in all I think he spent about 1.5 hours cleaning the furniture so it looks fabulous and looks better than ever. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a few years and with pets, it was beginning to look tired and dirty. Eric used a pre-treatment on the carpet and removed spots that I wasn't able to get out myself. All in all the carpet and furniture looks great and the house smells clean and fresh.

Overall went great. I had one rug that I expected to be a challenge, and it's not perfect, but I plan to contact the company to see if they have a deep cleaning service to try again with it.

The tech was courteous, pleasant and really knew what he was doing. He was very interested in attacking the problem the best way he knew how. I will call them again and again if this cat problem cannot be corrected. Their service made a terrible situation much more tolerable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted them on Friday and they came on the following Monday between 8 and 8:30 as promised. We walked through the rooms I wanted the carpets cleaned, I showed him the area rug and the spots on the sofa I wanted cleaned. He took his measurements, gave me an estimate, talked about the process and then he got to work. It was all done in an hour. Everything looks great. Very pleased with the result.

The technician was running late and called to let us know. He arrived pretty much per his estimate and quickly assessed the carpet. He worked readily and professionally. He moved the furniture and provided the carpet protection sheets for under the legs of everything. He was pleasant and provided the feedback I needed on the condition of the carpet. He treated the carpet to clean up pet stains and smells and the carpet smelled wonderful! Overall a great job all around.

They came out the same day, which really surprised me. Very good experience, the technician was clearly knowledgeable, asked what I had already used to try to get the stain out. The couches look great! Service took less than a hour and the couches were dry in 3 hours, just as the technician had told me. I am usually leery of carpet/upholstery cleaning - I have heard so many horror stories. I would definitely have A Day and Night come back for further services.

The guy was really knowledgeable and really into it. He had a great deal of experience with the duct work cleaning and really did a great job. I would use this company again.

Eric (the technician) could not have been nicer. He did a wonderful job and the carpet looks great. Also, I enjoyed talking to Sharon (owner) when making the appointment. All went as promised.

Eric was here on time, everything was done just like the owner, Sharon explained to me and it dried quickly and the furniture was also placed on blocks as a precaution. It went smoothly.

Very easy to work with. They were able to schedule the cleaning on short notice and came on time. The work was done properly and carpets look much better.

They were easy to make an appointment with, came on time, were very thorough. When I questioned the way the carpet dried, they sent the technician out again and were very thorough in explaining how carpet fibers can become compressed, etc. They lightly re-cleaned and then raked the carpet to take care of it. The carpet looks brand new.

Amazing! They were able to completely remove dried latex paint from the carpet. They responded very quickly and were on site with in 24 hours of our call.
