Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. We would use this company's services again

STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS FROM BELLA CUSTOM CARPERT CLEANING IN NEAR WEST SUBURBS OF CHICAGO! IT IS NOW A BILIGERANT CON! After 13 years, I hired them again for my front room and family room at $269 on 9/23/23 on a Sat. They came over 3 hours late from the appointment time. They were unable to communicate in English. When asked for proof on insurance and bonding they ignored me and intimidatingly with grunts and stares the big guys pulled the big tube and nozzle in the house. They did not know what to do! I had to direct them to the rooms and the stains I needed removed. Well, all they did was drag the vacuum nozzle across the carpet and leave! They blew dirt down into my floor vents and closed them! I was assured stains would be treated and removed…not! See pictures for the stains which was the reason I hired them. And here is when it gets nasty and really why not to use them. When I called Gary on Monday and told him, I said I had tried vinegar and water afterwards. Gary voice was slurred and laughed saying “that’s what we use. Let us come out and hit it again!” I asked how much, he said “only $120.” When I said why it wasn’t done on Sat, he responded in the same slurred tone, “we’ll be out to do it again!” I hung up. Here’s the definitive “kicker”…3 weeks later I get a call asking for the check. I told him I sent the check to Westchester because, incredibly, no address is listed on the receipt and that was what came up on the I ‘net. He said for me to send him another one in Lagrange. I told him no because I have a cancelled check fee. Again in a slurred, fogged in, tone, he said OK and he will call his Westchester office to see if they got it. Never heard back. It is obvious Bella now has a huge problem with service techs and apparently polluted ownership. STAY AWAY FROM BELLA! IT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS!

I called and was able to get my carpets cleaned within 2 weeks -- but that was based on my schedule. It went VERY WELL. These people are PHENOMENAL! They arrived within the time frame, did a MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better job than the company I hired previously, and were very helpful with instructions. They told me my carpet would be dry in 18 hours, and it was. I have been telling all my friends and colleagues about them. I have been having issues with companies lately, so it is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a really good company that does what it says and doesn't try to drain you dry of your hard earned money.

Our condo building decided to have Bella Custom Cleaning out to clean our air duct vents today. The two young gentlemen who came to do our clean were respectful of my property and extremely professional. I wish I would have gotten their names, they were great!! We had a few quotes and this company had competitive pricing and great reviews, so we decided to go for it. Very happy we did, we will be using Bella Custom Cleaning again! Pricing shown is for one unit, approx. 1,000 sq ft., 12 vents.

Gary’s team did a great job with the carpets and furniture. The only negative is that they didn’t return all of the furniture to the rooms after cleaning.

I have hired them 40 times over the past 10 years. They call me the day before to confirm the time frame. They call me about 30 minutes before they show up. The price is fair and competitive. The service is great and that is all anyone can ask for.

Fabulous work! Picked up the rugs at my old home and delivered them clean to my new home. Second time I have used them and will continue to use them.

Everything went smoothly from scheduling through cleaning. Scheduling was accomplished with via a single, simple phone call. I received a text confirmation of the date/time, and was notified of the time of the exact time of arrival the day before as indicated. The onsite crew was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. And, my carpets look great.

Jose from Bella did a great job of cleaning and deodorizing 3 rooms of 1 set of stairs. The owner, Gary, was able to fit me in on short notice and was very responsive.

Bella Cleaning did a great job cleaning two rooms with carpet. The rooms have white carpet and they look like new. Both Travis and Nick were friendly and hardworking. I look forward to having them come back for future services.
