"We have been talking to Chuck regarding the project and provided him with two different designs for the back yard area where the pool to be removed. As we have explained to Chuck the higher cost of the back yard patio installation is due to the need to install retaining wall to support the new patio. It cannot be avoided to install the patio proper way in place of removed pool. We responded to all the requests and it was no complaints from the customer. Client was not satisfied with the price, however, we could not lower the price in order to perform proper installation."
