A few years ago They installed ( planted ) two different bushes that have NEVER BLOOMED. I have called and texted more than once and to date I haven't gotten ANY HELP other than talking about the situation but never DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THE ISSUES!!!

The project went very well. The crew worked their butts off! The transformation of the space is amazing. Narnia's quote was the lowest by a LOT, so I was somewhat skeptical. But the work that they did exceeded my expectations!

Everyone at Narnia was exceptional! The team worked so hard and the designers even came on the day to make sure everything was taken care of. It was super fast, and they worked on such a hot day too. I would 100% call Narnia again!

Nice design but did not use due to high price. Requested a scaled-back design which was still too pricey.

Everything went well. In all respects, Narnia did an excellent professional job. Irina was our contact and she was most excellent. Their work crew was also very good and cleaned up well after their work was done. We waited 6 months to see how the new drainage system worked under several rain storms and it is working as expected. Cost was $6500.

We had extensive work done; hardscaping, landscaping, and lighting. Iryna was great, came out personally for several consultations in order to complete the project exactly as we expected. When an issue arose, she promptly called to fix it with us to ensure we were satisfied.

Narnia Landscaping installed a retaining wall alongside our driveway. They were very friendly and customer-service oriented during the consultation and installation. However, a few months after they completed the work, cracks and sinking began to appear in the driveway near the wall. Then a pothole emerged in the driveway. They failed to backfill a section of the driveway when they installed the wall. This has caused cracks, sinking, and the pothole. We called them several weeks ago. They said they'd come out last week to take a look at it, but they never showed up.

I have used Narnia for several jobs over several years for a few jobs. Each time setting up these projects, Iryna has been very professional and each job was done in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction. Any changes we had with the plans, she quickly accommodated our wishes. Any issues with the project (we had only one regarding a chipped cap stone) was quickly resolved as quarantined by the company. I will continue to use Narnia with any landscape needs and have advised friends to utilize their expertise.

They did a very nice job. We were pleased when it was completed.

Narnia provided a very clear design to explain the problem and how they would solve the issue.  They promptly provided a detailed quote and an estimated time to start my project.  Despite having a very wet spring which made digging difficult, Narnia honored my request to start as soon as possible so that I could have a useable backyard.

The project took exactly as long as Narnia estimated and the backyard drains like a dream even after very hard rains.  One year later, I am very happy I chose Narnia

Poorly, I did not appreciate the email argument that I unwillingly entered into by responding to someone from this company who ASSURED me that someone followed up with me PRIOR to canceling the appointment that I had with them. After telling them that I was not contacted they insinuated that I was a liar. What a crazy poor customer service experience! I will not work with this company.

I couldn't even get them to give me a proper estimate on the work to be done.  It's been over 2 weeks and I still can't get an estimate from these people.

The work was performed quickly and cleanly. They did a nice job, and I am happy with the results. My only quibble is that the I had a hard time getting a hold of them to determine when the work would be performed. Rain delays are understandable, but I think communication is key to a good working relationship.

I thought the price was a little high. They did a good job. It was just pricey. I don't have any complaints. They were friendly and do real good work. Their work is impressive.

We decided to update the concrete slab?patio and landscaping under and around our deck. In addition to better aesthetics, we wanted to improve drainage because our patio sits at a low point in our yard, so water tended to accumulate.? Our storm drain worked pretty well and we managed to escape the enormous rainfalls without flooding earlier in 2013 (by about 1/8 inch), but we felt we needed a better solution. When Iryna came to quote, we immediately clicked on the vision.? We had a pretty good idea about what we wanted, improved drainage?& a?natural look and she grasped it immediately and enhanced it.? I felt comfortable with Iryna from the start and she proved herself throughout the process. We ended up with permeable pavers for the patio, and since she knew drainage was a concern for us, she made sure the base was even deeper than?Unilock?required to ensure no future flooding?issues.? Iryna brought samples of the pavers over so we could confidently choose the best option, and she made it look even better by adding a border and a slight arc beyond where the concrete slab had previously ended. The drywall rocks and the natural outcroppings wall and steps turned out even better than we imagined.??She also repurposed some of our old cobblestones into a border for a new planting area outside the steps. Iryna worked with us each step of the way and?we love the final result.

They came when they said they would. The design was pretty much what we wanted. They did some follow-up work with us. We needed it done and they delivered what they promised.

We were looking for a quote on a drainage project and landscaping. The company initially was quick to respond, but as time went on, they're responsiveness lagged. in the end, the quote was way too high (went with Matthies Landscaping of Lombard). I would say, the process took about 2 to 3 months to get a quote!

They had done fine work. I would possibly use them again in the future.
