+ -1 moreThis construction company was recommended by a friend (contractor) as the one he would choose to replace his roof. Lakewood started and completed the project ON SCHEDULE (and at the quotation price). Having done some roofing in the past (I'm now 70), I can appreciate the "attention to detail" provided. The several changes which I requested during the course of the project (e.g., changing the ridge vent on the shed), were accommodated pleasantly and without additional cost. Clean-up, which I consider to be a part of the job, was done well. Other work that I thought would require their services was discussed. Jay instructed me on how I could accomplish my ojectives by myself, or with minimal help from them. (Good new$)
Description of Work: Monticello (IL) experienced severe hail on 05/15/2009. The project was to remove and replace the roof shingles of my house, garage and shed. This included all new roof vents and pipe boots. I will highly recommended Lakewood to my acquaintances who have not yet had their needed roof and siding work scheduled.
