Description of Work: They have done some plumbing work around our house on multiple occasions. They do great work.

Description of Work: It was a general plumbing issue with our upstairs toilet. They are very knowledgeble and more than willing to recommend other providers in related areas i.e. furnace work etc.

Description of Work: We love Wendrick's. They never add services. They are fair and accurate. We always use for all plumbing but especially sewer rodding. Lots of companies want to replace our pipes. Wendrick's rods and does not try and lie. They do the work quickly. They clean up. Had one other person to our house in an emergency. Tried to tell us they could not clear the drain and we needed to replace pipe. Wendrick's as usual came and cleared the problem till the next year.

Description of Work: November 2011: The backflow preventer valve on the homeowners side of the city water meter was making a loud groaning sound. The village of grayslake replaced their equipment, so as the homeowner, I had responsibility for the rest. While I had this valve replaced, I also installed better shut off valves then what was originally installed by the builder. I am a customer of WW for about 5+ years now and have used them for numerous projects. They are a small family owned business with a long local history and are very professional and friendly to deal with. Their prices are reasonable given their reliability, professionalism, quality of work, and willingness to stand behind a job. Back during the building boom when you couldn't get contractors to show up, let alone quote a fair price, WW was good to the homeowner. Other projects in 2010/2011 that I've contracted WW for in my residence, and have been very satisfied with: 1) Preventative replacement of Hot Water heater, and floor drain pan (Discussed newer instant hot water heating systems, maintenance required, cost of ownership, etc., and made the decision to wait another 10 years to let the technology continue to develop) 2) Replacement of main sump pump 3) Installation of backup sump pump 4) Installation of "quiet" check valves for drain pipes from sumps and ejector pump 5) Installation of new ejector pump 6) Installation of fire sprinkler head above hot water heater 7) Diagnoses of Sumpro back up battery system failure, sub-contract to manufacturer for repairs, and installation of two new marine deep cycle batteries 8) Installation of better quality shutoff valves feeding hot water heater In total, I have had several thousands of dollars of work done by WW in 2010/11, including the most recent November job, and have been satisfied with it all. I highly recommend them.
