Paing was spilled on carpeting and not cleaned up properly. Carpet had to be cleaned twice to get most of the paint out. After 2 weeks, house with 6 rooms still was not completed. Doors were not hung. I cancelled checks because of terrible "service." Electrical work was not up to code.

Steve is a nice person and went above and beyond to get the job done. His prices are very fair and his experience showed. I will call him again for future projects

It was okay. They came out a week or so. He was a very nice man. It was just very confusing how he stopped working with Angie's List. He stopped working with Angie's List and he's still offering the big deal or whatever. It was just strange. It was a great deal. They did what I asked.

Very pleased! Home my dad built is 65 yrs old & Dad was often "creative" on how he did things. So we ran across unexpected electrical & plumbing issues. Steve & his brother handled it all well. Significant more time was required than planned for in the original estimate but the extra charge was very reasonable - less expensive than I thought it would be!

He has done all kinds of weird things for us along the way.  He does all kinds of things, he even remounted a huge train bell that came with the house.  He has fixed all kinds of various things like that.  We've used him since last spring. 

The work was done very well. The workers were very polite and did high-quality work. i returned from a business trip during the work, and one young man fetched my suitcase out of the car and put it in the house without me asking.
However, we provided Steve with a list of projects, including some interior painting, that we needed assistance with around the house. While the workers fixed our high-priority list, my husband went through the list and discussed what we needed. Steve took copious notes, and promised a bid within a few days. Well, that was May, and now it is December. We contacted him once to ask about the new work, and we never heard back. So disappointing--thought we had found a great firm that could help us finish up some work on our aging home.

Steve came out when he said he would. I'm very happy with the work he did.  The only complaint I have is that I asked him to quote additional work but as of today, I have not heard back from him.

We had two gentlemen come to the house to do the work.  They repaired 2 woodpecker holes on the front and side of the house. They went above and beyond by making the patch work match the grain on the house and repainting it.  One gentleman made quick work of installing the bathroom shelf and the other gentlemen installed the bedroom ceiling fan.  The shelf is level and looks great.  The fan looks like it has always been part of the room.  They were very professional and nice.  We would use them again!

Very responsive to inquiries. Came as scheduled. Did all the work in a prompt fashion and cleaned up each area after work was completed. A really nice guy and would recommend to anyone.

I've known him for a number of years. He did some work a number of years ago on our deck. It was fine and I haven't had any problems. He was very nice. He has a good reputation. He does very good work. He worked for me years ago and did very good work. His craftsmanship and pricing are excellent. He is a little slow to respond but if you know him, you wait for him. He is very punctual when he calls back. He usually says that when he is in the area, he will ring me up and stop by. He is very good about that. He is very professional. He didn't charge me the last time he was here. I would use him again.

The service was excellent. The price was good. He showed up on time, was professional and informative.

Steve did an excellent job. He returned my call promptly when I first contacted him. He came to look at the work we needed done and provided an estimate within a day or two. He started the work within a week of our intial call. He was professional, courteous, and took pride in doing the job right. He had just the right tool for each part of the job, and even loaned some tools to us as we were doing some painting ourselves in the same area he was repairing. He really worked with us to complete the project and pointed out things to us along the way as the job progressed. Each day he worked at our home he left the area tidy and cleaned up before he left for the day. He was always in a good mood, and seemed to really enjoy doing the work we had for him. We already have a running list of things for him to do for us in the spring!
