Computer Sales
Took in iPod touch for screen repair at 1pm on a Saturday. Was told it would take 2 hrs over phone. When I got to the store, I was then told it would take less than 2 hrs. We waited in the small store for about 45 mins before I left. Told them to call me. Didn't receive a call until next evening. Picked up iPod and screen was fixed. But after getting home, (and closer inspection)found out home button was incorrectly re-installed and front camera didn't work. I demanded my money back and was refunded. Then was told they would order parts to fix button and camera. Dropped off again and was told it was fixed after 2 days. Now they have the nerve to charge me for the camera!!(every time I went to that store, not once did the manager address any of the issues. Not to mention being ignored in such s small store when entering they pretend like they don't see you)Worst customer service ever!!!
