Overall great experience working with this company on a water-heater replacement. Met first with Tommy, who checked the work to be done and then walked through the estimate with me. I had a follow-up question, which was answered promptly via email. Brian and his crew came out the next day to remove the old unit and install the new one. They arrived when promised, the work was done right, and they left everything clean when they were done. Based on this experience, they are first on my list the next time I need any plumbing work done, and I would definitely recommend them.

I was extremely happy with Northshore. My water heater broke, and started to leak from the bottom, after midnight on Dec 30th and just shortly after the big freeze we had. With people's pipes bursting, I was concerned that I would have a hard time getting service. Northshore sent me an estimate and called me first thing in the morning and were able to be in my house before 10am. They completed the installation in less than two hours. They even completely bled out all of the air in the pipes so that the water ran smoothly and didn't do that exploding air thing that they do when there is air in the lines. They were very friendly, professional and made sure they left the area clean. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience

The servicemen, Noel and Aldo were very professional, provided us a quote right away, picked up the faucet and replaced it all probably in less than two hours. They are on my good list if needed in the future. Someone from the company called me within 15 minutes after I put the request in with Home Advisor. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Noel called, set an appointment, came out and completed the work in less than 24 hours from when I requested service. He gave a thorough estimate, including all possible scenarios. . When he called me to let me know he was done, he was honest and told me there was already a shut off so the final cost was less than the quote.
