I was part of a multi-car rear ender. Accidental Auto Body does a wonderful job of making the repair and making sure everything is right. Also, after picking up the vehicle, a couple days later the right turn signal started to act up. Rafael, the manager, wants me to come in and they'll check it out and the likely cause is a bad bulb which they will replace. The final bill was about $100 less than the initial estimate.
I used Accidental Auto Body about 15 years ago, and they did a great job then. That's why I went back, and out of several competitive estimates from other vendors, I chose Accidental. I recommend them highly.

The shop was recommended by my independent insurance agent. I was skeptical, but went ahead and contacted them because the dealership's recommendations were about 40 miles from my home. I should NEVER have doubted my agent. Mike, Raphael and team did an outstanding job. While insurance covered almost all of the bill, Accidental simply performed magic. Seriously... magic. Someone looking at OR driving my vehicle would never know or believe it was in an accident. The Lexus looked as brand new as the day I bought it. The paint job was spectacular. No dings, dents or scrapes. In fact, after the adjuster visited the shop, Mike called and explained everything. He also noticed pit marks on my hood caused from following a gravel truck when in Arizona. Mike offered to remove and reveal coat the hood and we agreed upon a price (not paid by insurance). Mike worked with me closely as I was scheduled to leave the country on a business trip and he told me the car would be ready upon my return. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! The work was flawless... Simply flawless. The whole experience was as if the show and quot;Bewitchedand quot; had come to life and all the Accidental staff were warlocks performing their magic. They even removed a door dent Not caused by the accident! My Lexus is brand new again and looks it, too! Consumers have their favorite grocery stores, favorite theaters, favorite food, favorite restaurants and favorite drinks. So here's a virtual toast to my new, favorite auto body shop...Accidental Body Shop in Waukegan. They are the ONLY body shop I will ever use (hopefully none too soon) OR recommend.
