Ryan will not return my phone calls and texts about fixing my under cabinet light. It stopped working about 6 months after installation. Our new window broke right away - Ryan said he will call Andersen then nothing. Our granite countertop chipped right away - Ryan said he will call Beatrice then nothing. Came and fixed chipped grout in the kitchen but used a different color grout (didn't ask if I was ok with it before installing). Worker broke our reverse osmosis unit - took two years to get them back on site to install replacement. Left pile of pavers, dirt, debris in our backyard for two years and had to hound them to get them to remove. Will not stand by their work or come back to fix unless you chase them down. The undercab lights, still not fixed. Ryan does not return my phone calls or texts even though he said he has the part coming in and he will send someone to install - then did not follow up to set up a time. Would have rehired for bathroom remodel if he would have been responsible about the work he has done but will not hire again. He can blame his workers who are not with him anymore, but that is not an excuse. The light needs fixing so you can come back and fix it.

"Hey [Member Name Removed], I wish I had a response for most of these issues. But most of the things that you mentioned are not exactly the way they happened. I didn't hear from you until 1.5 years after we were done with project. We are very accommodating and came back for many punch lists of things were damaged from using the space. Including doing things that were not included in original quote. When we came back a 1.5 years later the window had a small crack and the counter top was chipped. They were not that way when they were installed. The reason I know this is because we look the place of together and you were happy with the work we did. And unfortunately the counter top people and window company said they would not replace due to it being so long from purchased. And to answer the bricks we had discussed that we would remove them and but wasn't planning on disposing of them. One of my guys offered to take half of them to lighten the load for you guys and we came back we removed the rest. Lastly the reverse osmosis system got placed into the garage when flooring guys finished the floor and it froze. I offered many times to pay for the company to install it but you never made the call to them. (We don't install R.O. Systems). Most r.o. Company's will not warranty the system if someone else installs it. That why I mentioned many times to reach out. At the end of the day I bought an ro and installed it anyway. I totally apologize if you didn't have a good experience with us. I pride my self on references and the way people look at us. I came out many times 1.5/years to fix odds and ends that are normally wear and tear for you in hopes of a good review but unfortunately they don't all work out that way. We make very detailed quotes to avoid misunderstandings but kept trying to get more. Again I apologize for you bad experience."

Two full bath remodels. Was very intimidating for our first time. Ryan made it easy and we learned along the way. We are happy with the results. Ryan was easy to work with and communicate on status. Ryan made suggestions when asked and left the final decisions to us. Ryan had a suggested distributors and suppliers so it helped in picking fixtures, counter tops, and material, vs going to Home Depot. His crew was very courteous and on-time.

Ryan and his crew treat customers like family. I have had poor experiences with hired help in past. This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. You pay fairly good money for it, but you get excellent service and support. An example of great service is that I had purchased on my own a toilet and they installed it perfectly, but the design of the toilet was so poor it leaked. I called Ryan on a Saturday with water dripping from downstairs ceiling. He was at my home in an hour with a new toilet. Who does that on a Saturday that fast. Any issues I felt needed addressed even after the last check was cashed, Ryan sent a crew member to check, i.e. paint touch up etc. Bottom line, you cannot go wrong using this company for any work in your home. They are reliable and treat you right. Ryan stands behind his work and know his stuff.

Rowe Construction was phenomenal. We looked at two other firms- both of which were highly recommended on Angies List. While I have no doubt wither of them would have done a good job, we are confident we made the right decision. Ryan helped us plan what we would be able to do. While the workmanship, efficiency, and courtesy shown by Ryan, Todd, and the rest of his crew was excellent, the most impressive part was in the problem solving. Specifically, our home dates back to the early 70's. We had a good idea what we wanted, to open up and join the eat-in kitchen and the family room, which were separated by a wall and pocket door. However, we were not sure what could be done. Ryan went through the project and told us what he thought we could do, could not do, and what we wouldn't know until the walls were knocked down and opened up. We really appreciated the way he laid out possible solutions and the relative costs for each. In part the reason we chose Rowe over the other firms was they laid out a detailed plan, stipulating that if there were problems there would be unspecified additional charges. While Rowe was not the least expensive of the three estimates we received, in the end it probably cost us less and we wound up with the end product we received. Each step of the way Ryan and his crew asked for our input on choices for materials and what the room would look like. In the end, we have a space that we love. To be clear, we needed to source our counters, cabinets, floors, etc. Ryan was open to making suggestions to us, but did not insist we use preferred suppliers. To us this was a real strength. The total cost we specified includes those materials, which were about 50% of the final cost listed in this review. Overall, we had no complaints. Ryan and Todd came back as needed to make final tweaks. Use these folks, I can't imagine you could do better.

Rowe Construction took our tired and outdated bathroom to one that is modern and beautiful. Ryan was in contact with us, either by phone or text, at every step along the way. Any questions or problems were answered and addressed quickly. All the guys in his crew, from demolition, tiling, plumbing, installation and painting, were friendly and on time. They were careful and thoughtful about cleaning up daily and keeping the dust and clutter isolated to the bathroom. Ryan worked with us to keep the cost down and made several recommendations to improve design and save money where we could. We love the new look of our bathroom and would highly recommend Ryan Contruction and his crews for any home construction project you have.

As good as hoped. Ryan came in quoted us a price. There were no "mysterious" add on prices. He gave us a timeline ans stuck to it. Workers are very professional and very good at their craft. The final product was better than anticipated! Ryan is great to work with and very honest and upfront. We will be using ROWE Construction again for our kitchen in the near future!

Our house slants from the middle to the outside walls. It was built that way. Nothing is straight or even. Ryan was able to install some pre-hung doors in an existing opening that was not square, level, or anywhere near ready for pre-hung doors, but he made them work. BTW - these were no ordinary pre-hung doors. They are book shelves that create a secret opening to the room. He did an incredible job of making them level so they swing easily. This is my second job by Ryan and it won't be my last. He is easy to work with and does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. No BS.

Rowe construction did an amazing job. Not only did our bathrooms turn out beautiful, all of the members of the work team were kind, courteous, clean and professional. Ryan was very easy to get a hold of and was in constant contact from beginning to end. The project was completed in a timely manner and our house was always put back together each day, so that we didn't feel like we were living in a total construction zone. Ryan listened to all of our concerns, and was able to give honest suggestions and feedback. Each work day, the men showed up on time. I have already recommended them to two or three of our friends who are looking to have remodeling work done in their houses. As an added bonus, we were all so impressed with the work, my young daughters made Manual and Umberto brownies and thank you cards. What a wonderful impression they made on us!

Excellent. Ryan and his whole crew were very professional, clean, and detailed. The whole job took just under two weeks (quicker than estimated) and every inch of the job was done just as we had visioned. I have recommended Rowe Construction to family and friends and would absolutely have him back. We have plans to do a bigger kitchen remodel and will definitely be using them again.

This was a really bad experience from the start. Ryan is a horrible communicator and did not provide a schedule of when his team would be starting and working, it was always last minute texts after me constantly asking him when they were doing things here. He is completely unprofessional and rude, promises to do things that don’t get done. We had to find all of our own materials because he would only shop at menards/Home Depot (they don’t carry matching items for our home). Basically he was almost useless in finding the needed materials. We have also paid him for all the work and when I asked him when he would finish I get no response from him ( at this point I assume the money is lost and we need to find someone else to finish the project). The 2 good things that he has going is Gabe who does his wood work and Martin who does the floors for him! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He doesn’t communicate or finish his work.

I did everything that we were asked to do that's why your husband paid us. Then you decided you didn't like the door after it was installed. We told you the project would take a month and you were txting non stop after a week asking when the project would be done. Lastly I didn't not finish the project I offer to come put another door in for the second time you were just to impatience to wait for our next opening. I try to be very accommodating to all my customers. An in response to you guys doing all the leg work you forgot to mention that I research and order all the materials you just found them for a better price and I had to return. I really hope that all this can get put behind us. I don't mind customers leaving review even bad ones. But the info that you sharing should at least be true."

Once again we had a fantastic experience using Rowe Builders. Ryan and his crew are top-notch professionals. The tile work performed in the kitchen and bathroom by Humberto and Miguel is an example of true craftsmanship. They are "tile masters" in our book! All work was performed as requested and on-time. These guys are hard workers - they work fast and barely break for lunch. When we have an unusual request (like wood corner shelves in a very tight closet) they figure out how to make it happen. Todd did the shelves and doors and made certain I was happy with everything. He is very professional and neat. All of the crew do a great job cleaning up at the end of every day. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. He often has suggestions on ways to make something look the way I want it to even though I am not sure what I want! He is flexible and patient too. We have now used Rowe for two major remodeling projects and will continue to hire them for future projects.
