Rubin and Brandon came out to install our system on 3/14. They were both on-time and professional throughout the installation. They worked quickly, were clean, did a great job explaining how it worked, and answered all of my questions. The system was competitively priced as well. I've worked with many contractors, and it's not common to get all of these from one company. My radon levels are close to 1/4 of what they were before within a week of the installation so I know it is working well.

We hired DuPage Radon Contractors to install a Radon mitigation system. Their employees performed Radon mitigation work in our basement very efficiently and with minimal disruption. The workers were very pleasant and explained what they will do. They found a list disruptive option and carried it out very professionally. We are very pleased with their work.

Very well. I got three estimates and Dupage was the middle of the three. Our house is a unique footprint and required mitigation below three slab portions of the foundation. The other two estimates were both going to get a waiver for one difficult to reach slab but Dupage came up with a unique solution that solved the problem by addressing all three slabs for about the same price. I liked that the estimate was given on site instead of over the phone. The installation went well and was done in 3/4 of a day. The site was clean and other than the PVC pipe in the basement it was done a cleanly and unobtrusively as I could have expected.

Great. Excellent workmanship. We are happy with the result. One problem. We wanted the exterior vent housing and exhaust pipe painted to match our siding. Dupage Radon Contractors agreed to do this if we supplied the paint. Which we did. When I asked how much paint and primer to purchase I was told 2 gallons of each. This seemed excessive but I did as told. Total cost: $116 (paint) + $100 (primer) = $216. I now have almost 2 full gallons of unneeded paint and primer. 1 - 2 quarts of each would have been more than enough.

DuPage Radon Contractors responded quickly to my emailed request for an estimate on their website. Their estimator, Ed, came out and provided a detailed analysis of our radon problem. He answered a lot of our questions. We were able to get their technicians out in a week to correct the radon problem. They worked with us as to the placement of the radon removal system. Dave and Jason were very professional and courteous. They were quickly and cleanly. They were done in six hours. They had to install remediation PVC piping in our basement and in a tight area in a crawl space. They cut our basement radon level from an 8 pCi/L to a 1.1. They were so good and reasonable that my brother-in-law hired them for his house a couple weeks later. They do a great job!

Dupage Radon contractors did an excellent job with the installation of a new mitigation system. The process from initial contact to estimation and installation was good. After installation of the system, the radon level reduced to 1.3 ( from 7.0 before the install). Thank You!

They did a great job. The arrived on schedule with the correct materials. The installation was completed as promised and the workers cleaned up after themselves. 

Once the installation was completed a new Radon Mitigation test was completed and the unit was working as expected the Radon levels had decreased.
