They did as promised and the quote never changed from the time they came until the end of the job. They were very skillful and they knew what they are doing. There workers are very hard workers and they got the job done.

Everyone I spoke to at K and J Cooling was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They were prompt in returning phone calls, arrived onsite as scheduled and gave me a great idea of exactly what was and wasn't included in the quote. I was able to schedule the date of service within days of deciding I wanted the work done. I paid exactly what was quoted not a penny more. The work is good quality and my house is finally cool again!

Our overall experience was very good. I was please with their quick response. The gentleman seemed to be straight forward and honest. He did not try to sell me a new furnace. It was more expensive to have them out after 3:30pm but after several calls, I learned this is standard in the industry.

VERY FRIENDLY OVERALL. CAME TO OUR HOME WITH DETAILED CHARTS AND DIAGRAMS OF THE CHOICES AVAILABLE. PROMPT. WHEN A PROBLEM AROSE, A WORKMAN CAME AT 7:30 THE NEXT MORNING (AFTER THE CALL HAD BEEN LEFT ON VOICEMAIL THE EVENING BEFORE DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM WITH THE A/C) TO RECTIFY IT.

THEY WERE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. WE HAD A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS SOON AFTER INSTALLATION AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME TO FIX THEM WITH NO CHARGE.
