Handymanny's window well crew in Colorado -was super nice and professional. They arrived on time and were ready to start working immediately. I took them around the property to show them the windows I wanted done and there was dog poop in my yard. I told them I would pick it up asap. They offered to do it but I didn't let them. I couldn't believe they offered to do it. Thats some great customer service. I had to go and left a check for them with my son, but they worked with me on a last-minute addition and when I returned, the job was well done and as I expected. My son stood on it and it was very strong. These egress window well covers will help protect my window ell from filling up with water during rain and hail storms. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them back to do one more window well in the future.

I had new well covers installed on 6/25/20. The technician arrived at the scheduled time we agreed upon. He did a great job! Upon completion, I went out to inspect the covers. They look great (frosted covers with clamps & each withstands 800 lbs)! The technician showed me how to open and close the covers (very simple and easy). I highly recommend this company for window well covers!

Her quote was what I expected from a high level company that provides quality service. The reason I decided to move forward with HandyManny was because of Melissa's quick and thorough communication. For me, this immediately confirmed all of the glowing online reviews I read. The day of the installation, they once again confirmed their professionalism. Angel lead their crew-they showed up on time and finished the job in the exact time frame Angel mentioned they would. They throughly cleaned the area after the job was completed. The window wells and the covers look awesome, and I am beyond pleased. I will definitely contact them again when I need window well or window well replacements in the future. Called a competitor and got a quote. Called Handy Manny and they beat it by 10% as advertised. Called the competitor back and he offered to beat that. Called Handy Manny back and he beat it again by 5% and got my cover made and installed in an hour. Looks great and the guy who did the install was very professional. All guys wore masks the entire time, which our family appreciated. Would recommend them for sure. It pays to get some other quotes!

For too many years I tried to cover my basement window wells with the cheap plastic covers sold at home improvement stores. These never lasted more than a couple of years before cracking and becoming useless. I had one company decline to craft custom covers for two of my wells because of the presence of a metal utility (natural gas) line running along the back of the well at the base of my house. I called HandyManny and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Miguel and Anna arrived early for the appointment, inspected my wells, and gave me a quote to construct two polycarbonate covers: $175. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions - light rain and chilly temperatures, the team removed my old coverings and fabricated the new covers. The entire experience lasted about an hour, and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the job. The two employees were polite and left the work area clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

They were very competent, very professional, explained the quote, explained what they were doing every inch of the way, delivered a terrific looking cover, sealed and caulked everything, and cleaned up after themselves (one of the young men jumped down into the window well to clean up the leaves. "Jumped down" from grade, did not climb down. Scared me to death, but for him it seemed to be just another day at the office). If I could give them more stars, I would.

The job was completed satisfactorily. The crew was professional. There was an initial issue with landscape material that was in the way of installing the window well covers. They provided 2 suggestions to resolve the issue. I went with hiring a crew to remove the landscape materials and then HandyManny returned and finished the job. I would highly recommend them.

Sergio was professional, courteous and efficient. After installation, he explained the features of the new window well covers as well as the locking system. He also Indicated the wells have a lifetime warranty. Sergio cleaned out the wells to insure there were no animals. He suggested and installed a vertical extension to the well cover to completely cover the opening. I would recommend Handy Manny for any window well covering needs.

Eric and Jose arrived on time and were very meticulous with replacing my 3 basement windows. The finished product looked very nice and the price was right. The company and workers were very easy to work with. I would recommend using them again. My only suggestion is that before applying the final caulk, remove all the stickers on the window.
