Techniclean Cleaning & Restoration Specialists

These guys do such a good job.  This is our fourth time using them.  Some of the carpets they did this time around have not been cleaned in (ahem) a very long time, and only by me with a rental steam-cleaner.  Some very old, very dark stains could not be removed.  But all of the carpets are clean now and they look bright and clean.

Elvis was prompt and courteous. He vacuumed first then pretreated the spots. He then applied the cleaning solution and efficiently and thoroughly  got up all the dirt.He left us with a spot cleaner and towel. He also left us booties to put on our shoes so we wouldn't drag dirt in on the damp carpet. This company pays attention to the details. This is the second time we have had this company and have found them to be consistent in the quality of workmanship. I would recommend this company highly.

They did an outstanding job on the cleaning. Elvis and Pat arrived on time, immediately got to work and did a thorough job with my floors. They look almost as good as when they were new, I am very pleased with their work and the care they took while doing the job. I plan to bring them back soon to clean my carpets.

Techniclean arrived on time, if not early.  They assisted with moving a few pieces of furniture and applied protectors underneath the furniture that wasn't moved.  We added the cleaning of the Sofa and Scotchguard at the time they were there.  Originally, a quote was provided over the phone and it was pretty close to accurate.  The two guys that came were very attentive and pointed out a few stains that they couldn't remove, which we had never noticed.  They also explained why, which was great.  A spot actually came up from the pad after they left, and someone came out very quickly to take care of it.  He also explained why the stain probably came up after they left and what he did to take care of it.  Very knowledgable employees!  
The one thing to keep in mind is that the soap (or whatever it is) does have a slight odor.  The smell didn't bother my husband at all but did bother me, but I am highly sensitive to scents.

I always call Techniclean when I need carpet/rug cleaning.  Elvis is
polite, professional and cares about the quality of the work.  They are
able to schedule quickly and are prompt.  I've had them clean
wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs and upholstery.  He has cleaned both
in-house and has taken a particular area rug to their location to
clean.  I trust his judgement and pricing and am very comfortable having him
and his crew in the house.

Everything was done very thoroughly and well.  Very professional and efficient.  Have used them in the past and will use their service again.

Elvis arrived right on time as scheduled. He removed the spots in the heavy traffic areas. He moved furniture to clean carpet in rest of room and put dining table on foam blocks until dry. The spots were gone and the carpet looked amazing. We previously tried spot removers, but they did not work. Elvis gave us a bottle of professional spot remover, and told us to use this for future spot removal. We will definetly use this contractor in the future, and highly recommend him.

Elvis was very thorough and as usual very professional. This is the 3rd time we've used Techniclean and every time, Elvis
is the one who comes out. I really like that they send him every time because I'm familiar with him and he is very kind and nice to work with. He arrived exactly on time. Our house was pretty dirty because we have 2 cats that have been sick lately. Elvis
not only cleaned and spot treated all those pet stains we could see but he also found some I didn't even know about under the couch! If it wasn't for him I don't know how we would have known about those. There were other stains I really didn't think would come out but sure enough, he was able to get them out!  He also moved around a lot of our heavy furniture on his own and got under everything so the service was very thorough. Since he came, our house smells wonderful and clean. He left us with booties to walk around with while the carpet dried, a bottle of carpet cleaner AND a bottle of cleaner especially for pet stains and smells. I felt this was above and beyond what other companies would do for us. The carpets look brand new! We love Techniclean and won't use any one else for carpet cleaning. Sometimes having pets means you sacrifice having a clean home... but with Techniclean it's like taking everything back to brand new!

Elvis arrived an hour earlier than we expected, but we were ready for him.  He worked efficiently and effectively, putting furniture up on protective blocks.  He worked to remove a rust stain under a flower pot and got the stain out completely.  He was extremely polite and pleasant, and he gave us instructions about walking on the carpet over the next 24 hours with booties.  He gave us a bottle of stain remover and another for pet stains (we have an older dog who has accidents sometimes).  He was just thorough and professional in his work and we have no complaints.

Elvis and his team arrived exactly as stated.  They were excellent at identifying stains and using the proper product to completely remove any stains they found.  We were so pleased at how much better the carpet looked when they finished.  Elvis and his team were wonderful to work with.  We will definitely call them again the next time our carpets need cleaning.

From the time I talked with Sam in the office, who understood the urgency to get the rug cleaned, she called me back to tell me Elvis would pick it up the next day between 11 and noon, which he did - ALWAYS prompt!  

He gave us an estimate of when he would be able to bring it back (2 weeks or so) and Sam called me ONE week later to let me know it was done and to schedule delivery.  Again, Elvis came with the clean rug exactly when he said he would.  It looks great!

This is at least the 4th or 5th time I've used Techniclean and they NEVER disappoint.  I highly recommend them for their punctuality, professionalism and reasonable pricing!

Elvis and his team are perfectionists and do an excellent job.  They're always punctual and professional and polite in addition to providing wonderful service.  Everything looks great.

They were great ...did a beautiful job and were highly professional. It was cold and raining outside and they were extremely careful to protect my new wood floors and walls. I can easily understand why they receive the wonderful customer comments that are posted on-line. They are now the only carpet and upholstery cleaners that I would use... Both Elvis and Jose are top tier.

This outfit is head and shoulders above the rest.  The job they did on a heavily soiled antique Kilim was nothing short of amazing.   Today they did our wall to wall and Afghani area rugs and the price was very reasonable for a meticulously executed and thorough cleaning.  It is a pleasure to have such professional and courteous people in my home and the free pet stain product was an added bonus. No other service comes close and I plan to let my friends and neighbors know about it.

We were willing to pay more hoping they could get the carpets clean and they did.  Great service too.

Elvis and his crew are fantastic!  From making the appt through the finish, everything is done professionally and promptly.  After making my appt I received an e-mail confirmation reminding me.  Techniclean said they would be at my house between 8:30 and 9:00 and at exactly 8:30 they were here!  They are extremely respectful of your property and the workmanship is excellent.  I particularly like the fact that window treatments are cleaned "in place" rather than having everything removed and living without window treatments.  Elvis went over everything they were going to do BEFORE they started, just to be sure we were "in sync", told me approx how long it would take and finished as promised.
I can't recommend them highly enough!  This is, as I said, the second time I've used them and I will continue to use them in the future.

They were fabulous and I give them all A's. They were very professional, meticulous and clean. The machines were clean including the hoses and truck. Their mannerism is just really professional. Elvis was the guy's name who was standout excellent.

We got the carpet and the air ducts cleaned on the same day. Started around 9 am and the work was completed by around 2 pm. Very pleased with the outcome. A 13  year old berber carpet looks now brand new. Some stains that were not coming out with any off-the--shelf products we applied, came out completely. Great care was put moving furniture around. 

Regarding the air ducts, it was  a very thorough job. We could hear the debris being suctioned using a giant vacuum out of the house. All the vent covers  were thoroughly clean. Compressed air was forced into every duct opening and also via small holes drilled at various points. Very impressed with the thoroughness of the work.

We felt very well serviced by Elvis and his crew before, during, and after work was completed.. We would definitely use Techniclean again when the need arises.

The 2 man Techniclean crew showed up on time and was very courteous and professional.  Elvis measured the area to be cleaned, and made sure I was OK with the revised quote (I had underestimated the size of our basement) before beginning.  I also asked him to add the couch to the list of furniture pieces to be cleaned, which was not part of my original request, and he was very accomodating.  They completed the work in the time estimate I was given, and both the carpets and furnitiure look great.  I will use them again in the future.

They did a fast, professional job, were friendly and efficient.  I had meant to have the living room vacuumed and picked up when they arrived, but they got there early as it turned out, and they insisted on doing my picking up for me.  They even cleaned a couple of throw rugs that I had down.  This is the third time we've used these guys, and we will continue to do so.

Professional, courteous.  Arrived promptly and did a great job.  Very pleased with the service.  Have used them before and will most certainly again.
