Brian did a great job managing our water damage project. Dry out, complete kitchen restoration, drywall and moulding replaced in 3 more rooms and painting. Brian was very helpful working with our insurance company.

They were wonderful to work with.  They helped us remove any items from our basement that we couldn't move on our own.  Very understanding of the situation when dealing with insurance companies and with customer.  They provided a dumpster for us to dispose of any items that were ruined and have left it for us for as long as we need it.  Brian was very considerate of the fact that I had to have leg surgery during this process and didn't ask me to go up and downstairs very often and helped me do so if it was necessary.  Mark and Ben were also very polite and did a wonderful job on the work they did.  They replaced all the carpet, drywall and even painted.  After his crew had cleaned up he came back to inspect and was not satisfied with the job they did and had them come back again.  I was very impressed with this.  Even after Brian had removed his drying equipment from the area he still smelled dampness even though it appeared to be dry.  He brought his equipment back for 3 more days so I didn't have to smell the odor and no mold would grow.  He just went above and beyond for us while doing the job.  I would recommend him to anyone!
