Great customer service - from the person who answered the phone to the person who delivered the mulch (he even asked me to move my car to avoid the eminent dust cloud from dumping the mulch on the driveway).
My only reservation is price. It's expensive, but MUCH better quality than the mulch we've gotten from other providers over the years.
