+ -1 moreThey were good. The store closed down. Little rings started appearing on the carpet 7 or 8 months later, and they sent out a guy to look, then they sent a letter saying they don't know what it is, but it is now their fault. I was at the store one day, and I saw the guy of the carpet, and I told him the story, and he said that I should go to the front, because Lowe's cannot deny a claim on the carpet. I filed the claim, and a day later a lady called and said that I should go back and tell them that here is the authorization, and they came and replaced the whole thing. She said they knew they had a problem with production about 2 years ago, and there was an internal memo, and instead of doing a recall, and we had to go to the store and order new carpet.
Description of Work: I used Lowe's. I bought some carpet from them.
