Description of Work: I have used this company for steam boiler work and for forced air heating and cooling installation and repair. They are professional and have a great expertise. I found the pricing to be reasonable and there were never any surprised. I Highly recommend.

Description of Work: "Absolutely wonderful! They did a great job. Cudos to the salesman/estimator, Steve Tim & the technician Jason Bull. Looks and works well (so far). They stayed until 9pm to finish up the job, since the asbestos abatement people showed up late. |I got estimates from many local HVAC people and these guys were the lowest! Highly recommended"

+ -1 moreThis was from the Moline JL Brady The installer did a good job, he was very nice and I had no problem with him at all. The problem is after the installation. They kept over billing me a $1000. Took forever to get this cleared up. They would not call me back. And I have yet to receive my rebate check as promised. It has been several months! I call them and always get a run around about this rebate check. They say they sent it into Mid American Energy, but I called the power company myself and they claim the rebate has never been submitted to them. I called JL Brady to inform them and just get more run around. I am very disappointed in this business to say the least. I am only posting this today after another failed attempt to contact them and get a returned call, the return call never did happened, again. They do not call you back, and I have been waiting months for me rebate check. I think they just don't care if you ever do business with them again. Very sad way to treat some one who spent thousands with your company. Wish I had gone some place else, please do not make the same mistake that I did, boy am I sorry I did. Be warned my friends.They say they sent in the rebate, but I called Mid American Energy who say they never did , who is lying? Looks like I am just out of $1500.00 What a poor excuse of a business!
