Water Coolers
I used to have Nicolet Natural Water, which I had for years and I loved because it was true spring water. They stopped their residential service and I got assigned to Hinkley. The delivery was fine, but customer service is horrible. I tried to create an account online, which they encourage you to do - fine, but I have yet to be able to make it work and I am not an idiot - never had this kind of issue before; so I'm calling to cancel my service and have now been on hold for an hour and a half! When I called during this hold time to talk to someone else, they said they couldn't cancel my service as I'm getting a water filter system and had to forward me to another dept. - the exact same one I am still on hold with. There's no excuse for this. I assume they have no regard for their residential customers.
