Aurora Cat Clinic

I will never take my animal there again. They're not good. I was very upset with the treatment that my cat got. I had to go into the backroom and get her because she was crying so bad. They were trying to give her a shot or do blood tests. It was just horrendous. The doctors couldn't speak English very well. It was the worst experience for my poor cat. I would not recommend Aurora Cat Clinic to anyone. They were awful. They're extremely unprofessional. The vets who took care of her initially didn't seem to know what he was doing. They said that he was a licensed veterinarian but he wasn't comfortable around me and he couldn't explain what he was doing or what was wrong with her. When they took my cat to the backroom for the blood test, I could hear her screaming in the room where I was waiting. She is my baby so I started to go into the backroom. There was nobody there. There were no nurses and nobody was coming out. I could just hear my cat screaming. I wanted to go back there but I was stopped. I pretty much demanded that I wanted my cat. The vet who's the owner of the veterinary office called me personally to apologize. He wanted me to come back so he could take care of her. I just said no. I took her over to the other animal hospital. I told several people that I will not take my cat there for anything.
