Each month, I pay about $250.00 to Park Management as part of my townhome association dues. All condo owners must be forewarned that Park Management requires it to be a third party of indivdiual home owner policies! I'm not sure this is legal. However, I was out of the country and I was told that I received a letter from Park requiring me to show evidence that I added the company to my homeowners insurance. I was out of the country, missed the letter, and I was charged a $50 fee! The company will not revoke the fee, the company is illegally claiming I need to make it a party to my homeowners insurance, my common lawn area is dead, the snow is horrible in winter; yet, Park wants to be added to my homeowners? Please beware of this company!

"The member pays his monthly Assessment to the Townhome Assn that he resides in, not to Park Management & Realty, Inc. The member also received several requests for the Certificate of Insurance and failed to respond to any requests until he was fined. Park Management does not have the authority to reverse the fine in question - this fine was authorized by the Board of Directors of the Community. The Board has since reviewed the members request to reverse the fine, although it was denied. I have attempted to contact the member by phone on several ocassions to discuss this matter; however, my calls have never been returned. Furthermore, the Townhome Assn that the member resides in requires homeowners to list it as an additional insured on all homeowner's insurance policies; not Park Management & Realty, Inc."
