Very easy to communicate with - we bounced between texting and phone, depending on my meetings. Quick to get us on the schedule, didn't require any micromanagement - he got it done efficiently and kept me in the loop as the job progressed.

Bill, the owner of the company was onsite with two other workers and began working immediately upon arrival. They were efficient, cleaned up all debris left from their work and were true to the estimate of cost made 2 weeks earlier!

Our home inspection during the buying process revealed high radon. After learning more about radon, We were certain we wanted it taken care of, but not thrilled with an awful PVC pipe running up the side of our home. I turned to Home Advisor for recommendations. Not only did Bill respond within minutes, but he was able to come out and quote the job within days. The whole project was completed before we moved in, at a price lower than the sellers were quoted AND the pipe runs through our garage and out the roof - no ugly pipe outside!!

Bill called me a short time after I post the job and offered to stop by and provide an estimate. He knows the radon remediation business well, thoroughly explained the proposed work and what I could expect from him. He makes a good impression. The next day the detailed estimate arrived via email and we agreed on a date. He's prompt, drives a clean truck, installed the system, explained it to me and left the work area clean. The price was competitive to other quotes. I recommend this contractor.

super friendly and easy to talk through. they walk you through what they need to do and how they will do it. any questions i had they answered. it was like talking to your uncle or brother inlaw, super kind people. installation was super quick and the monstrosity of a device id actually kinda cool and in a great location on my house. totally recommend American Radon Systems. btw great price, comparable to other companies and great quality.
