I actually just took my dog to this vet. I was told over the phone the price range for the procedure/ surgery (1000$-2000$)my dog would be needing and the exam fee which I was comfortable enough to go through with. Even if it meant the exam from the emergency clinic would be useless. When I got there they were not practicing social distancing. Small room that should only allow up to 5 ppl at a time they had double that with there animals in the clinic. All animals were seen in the same room with out proper wipe down. I took my dog in that same room and he didn’t examine her he went off what my paperwork said and then gave me an estimate of 4000$ after the assistant over the phone said 1000$-2000$ which I was fine by since the animals clinic I was recently was at that morning was expensive too but I would never go in to this location if I knew the prices were as high as they were and if the receptionist over the phone wouldn’t give out false information so people just come in and have to pay an exam fee even if a emergency clinic has done one and your information is in the database. Definitely a money hungry clinic. But the cherry on top was the doctor told me my dog wouldn’t make it to the date where I had scheduled another appt with a clinic that was rather cheaper for the surgery. Which was only 1 day away from the day I took her into stone park clinic . Just so I could apply for a loan. He’s telling people there dog is not going to make it giving false information just so you could pay his fee. When I didn’t qualify for the loan I was devastated I left this clinic with no hope till I visited the one that actually took care of my dog performed her procedure and told me he should have never told me that because it was not true my dog wouldn’t die right away.. this is definitely a money hungry place and he does not care for your pets. He seen about 10 dogs different owners in the 30 minutes I was there. All paid more then 100$ as I sat there filling out the loan process. He is a scammer and I’m definitely reporting it to the bbb!

They were great! Their price was affordable and they were proficient.

He provides low cost spay and neuter. It went very well. He took great care of my dog.

No response. I twice wrote a detailed email using the appointment request form on their website to schedule 2 teeth cleanings and I have not been able to get any response. The Dr answered a general question on timing so I went ahead to try and schedule appointments and never heard anything back. They are usually very responsive.

They are very caring and very nice. I haven't had any problems with them. I have tried a number of vets in my area and Stone Park Animal Hospital is my favorite. I would highly recommend them.

I like that their prices are reasonable. I took my dog there to be spayed and they had the best prices in the area. The vet technician gave me options like medications that I could use along with the spaying, so I decided to give the antibiotic and pain medication. She also told me that the dog had fleas and said that they would treat the fleas and would charge me for it. My dog had the procedure done and she didn’t have any fleas, but the doctor discovered that she had a skin infection. Since I had already paid for the antibiotic he just went ahead with providing treatment for the skin infection for an extra week. They were accommodating and understanding. They called over the weekend, I guess they were going to be closed an extra day because of a holiday or something, they called me just to check on her and make sure everything was okay and to let me know that they would be closed. I took her back to have her stitches removed, and it turned out fine. I think I spent a total of about $300 including the medication, which was optional by the way. I didn’t go past the front area, but the front area was clean and it was not a busy place. I would use them again in the future.

Reasonable fees and professional service. Had my cat neutered there a couple years ago and they had the best price and were very caring. I took in a stray and did not want to spend a lot of money for the neutering in case she did not want to be an indoor cat, so price was a factor.
